Absolutely Disgusting Food! This was my first (and definitely last) time ordering from Jack in the Box. I had never tried it before and now I know why — I should’ve stayed away. I ordered two Munchie Meals through Uber Eats and was beyond disappointed.
Jack’s Spicy Chicken was awful — the chicken was dry, hidden under a thick, burnt layer of breading. It was completely inedible, like chewing on a piece of cardboard. The curly fries were stale, soggy, and far from fresh or crispy. The tacos were even worse — some mystery meat substitute that didn’t taste like actual meat at all. It was more like a processed mush.
I really regret not reading Yelp reviews beforehand. This place was a huge letdown. Never again.
As it’s mentioned in some of the replies here, I already submitted a complaint on their website. We’ll see if anything comes of it…

Horrible experience from start to finish. I was charged the wrong amount for a coffee and didn’t realize it until after I left. I then had to drive back just to correct a mistake that was entirely their fault, and there was no apology and no refund or compensation for the inconvenience. The staff was dismissive, the restaurant was dirty, and it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Charging customers incorrectly and then offering nothing when you waste their time is unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else—this Jack in the Box isn’t worth it.

Fantastic Italian cuisine. Very authentic, lovely atmosphere and very, very good food. Check out the daily specials. We really enjoyed the work olive dish and the olive oil and balsamic for the fresh bread. The chicken picatta was tasty, though a full breast, not pounded thin as expected. Pasta was perfect al dente. Sauces were amazing. The special brisket torteloni was especially good.

“Most of the time,” this location is ok, but lately it seems to have declined in quality of food and in customer service. They have only 1 person for drive thru who takes the order then meets you at 1st window for payment and then moves up to the next window to assist in getting your order (it’s obvious you need to hire more people. Maybe, then your employees wouldn’t have such a poopy attitude! If you can avoid this one, I would. There are several all up and down interstate 10 within the Coachella Valley.

We planned to have dinner here after a concert. At 11:32pm we tried to go through the drive through after a concert and was told sorry they are all taking a 15 min break, they close at 12am. They all 3 went out front and started yelling at a car that was pulling out of the drive through. This is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Who takes a break 30 mins before closing. Why can’t they stagger their breaks like everyone else? We drove 3 miles out of our way to in and out, got amazing service and better food.
