A Lettuce, Cheese Salad? Is that even a Salad ?, around $11 dollars.
Too sad they don’t have a Gluten Dairy free pizza.
Overpriced Overall.
Doordash offers a buy one get one free deal.
In-store an 18″ pepperoni is $27.
On door dash that pizza is $37.
When you add 2 to cart ($74) it only gives you a $20 discount. (which already is NOT “buy one get one free”. Its barely over half the promised discount.)
That leaves you with a price of $54 left to pay.
Guess how much 2x 18″ pepperonis are in store? Yup! $54.
Boo and shame on you. Just sell them at normal price instead of lying to your customers to drum up business. Maybe if the pizza was better you wouldn’t have to resort to underhanded business tactics. Mine could have certainly used more time in the oven.
Oh, and your phone staff upon reporting this? Dismissive, rude, disinterested. Maybe they’re tired of hearing about it?
EDIT: Just because i’ve already seen passive aggressive from the review response team here and I want this watertight:
1. $27 was on a menu in review photos here, it’s outdated. Website shows $29. Doesn’t matter, still not even coming close to “bogo” with that $20.
2. My total prices listed above do NOT include driver tip or doordash fees.
Edit in response to the reply below:
No, my review isn’t for doordash, its for your business, which sets the prices, creates deals and coupons, and dishonestly overcharged pizzas with a false “2 for 1” deal that was both price inflated AND, after reading this, likely intentionally set up to only give the ‘free’ discount for the smallest size of pizza available.
Doordash is not responsible for the prices YOU set.
Doordash is not responsible for the deals YOU created that are dishonest and false.
Doordash is not responsible for your rude customer service, FUTHER dishonesty in this response, and inability to read the fact that none of the prices above have anything to DO with doordash fees, prices, etc. as they were not included in any of my calculations.
Wanna try again with an answer that takes responsibility or is this the type of business you want to look like to the world?
If you love pizza and are also a vegan then this is the place to go.
I will say, the pizza is actually even better the next day after a good crisp at 400°
Wasn’t terribly impressed overall. The pizza was too large for the box they put it in. The ingredients on their own were fairly bland but when all together slightly better. Got breadsticks and they were not good. Definitely would not order those again. Pizza I might give a second try.
