Great selection of breakfast/brunch items at a relatively affordable price. Got the speciality K town burrito which includes hashbrowns, kimchi and mozzarella – it was so good. Nice friendly, staff and laid back atmosphere with more seating than you’d think. Also had a second counter serve area with coffee, smoothies, salads etc.

Had the avo toast Avila. Tastes average. But I absolutely applaud the generous portion of avocado and mozzarella for $10. Service was quite kind. Will definitely re-visit.

Worst deli in this part of Manhattan. They had a big sign saying for 12 dollars half soup half sandwich. I ordered the special. When they charged me they said it was 20 dollars because they stopped doing the deal despite no where on the sign indicated it. I wanted soup and sandwich anyways so I paid it. The sandwich was horrible! It tasted like a 7/11 sandwich. The bread was stale. Complete rip off.

This deli with dining tables is only about four weeks old, but they look like they are off to a decent start. We visited while strolling across Park Avenue and hoping to find something wholesome on Lexington. We were thrilled to discover The Mill. We all sat and ate a delicious breakfast.
Now for the cons: 1) the dining space was way too tight (too many tables and chairs in such a small dining space); 2) the prices for dining in-house are much higher than ordering to go; 3) there is a ten percent service charge for eating in-house. 4) they served everything on paper or plastic; 5) our simple in-house egg platter breakfasts costs as much as dining in a fine restaurant. 6) we realized when we left that the restaurant grade was not prominently posted on the windows or behind the register.

This is the best deli in the neighborhood (52/Lex), maybe Midtown. Very courteous cooks and the nicest cashiers in the city. The breakfast grill team is impressive. This place is always clean, somewhere you can rely on in a rush or if you want to grab a beer from the fridge and relax at a table.

The disappointed diners must have come before recent improvements. The Mill offers both positional advantage and proper service. The employees show authentic kindness. My goal is to try every dish they make. My family and I plan to be regulars here.

I am from out of town and came here as it was close to my hotel. The restaurant was clean enough at 8 AM. Busy, but plenty of available tables. Got the 3 egg omelette. There are lots of available add-INS including meats, cheeses and veggies. Didn’t want potatoes to limit carbs, but no substitutions were allowed…. It is what it is….
The wheat toast was standard, the omelette was cooked just right for me and the hash browns were good although I only had 2 bites. Lots of coffee and other drinks available. I would come back for sure. Nothing special, but we’ll priced for New York and my breakfast was much better than the little buffet at my hotel!

I just ordered 2 iced coffees “with half & half and sugar” and it was only AFTER charging me $14 that I was handed 2 black coffees with some ice in them and told that the milk and sugar is over “there” (see photo, on top of garbage cans) where I had to stand and open a bunch of individual sugar packets and little creamers…..how did they just have the audacity to charge me $7 for each coffee and then put me to work to make the damn things? I almost threw them across the place, I still might, that would be worth more to me…..I told the guy it’s terrible to do this to customers. Yeah, I’m throwing them. Otherwise I really wasted the money
