Home town bar, new ownership. 8 TV’s with all the football on. Whoo hoo. New owner Shawn Callow is a Butte native, recently retired and moved back to Anaconda where he purchased the JFK. A local treasue with a great atmosphere…shuffleboard, video games, sports and more. Stop in and check it out…you’ll be glad you did.

Can I give this place a zero star? The bartender was absolutely trashed. She couldn’t even stand up. She told me to go get the beer for myself. She lost her mind when she made some shots and I refused to take it. Absolutely a mess!

Randomly ended up in Anaconda for a night while driving through Montana. If you’re looking for a dive bar full of locals, this is your spot. Don’t mind the initial stares when walking in as it’s obvious that everybody knows each other around there. Lots of good personalities and good stories to be shared if you strike up conversations. Quality pool table and dart board to pass the time. Good jukebox option as well with the latest and greatest but the oldies and classics are what get the people dancing. Coming from California, the drink prices are so cheap it’s almost concerning. How are they making money?
