Got 60 dollars worth of wings. Asked for extra crispy and got raw instead called and the manager was rude and had the audacity to say “so every single one is bad.” Had to have my boyfriend call to get my money back. He was also rude to him.

I never write reviews, nor do I complain about food, but this is genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had eating. I ordered off DoorDash and got refunded my money, thankfully, but I cannot even stomach one wing. These wings were ginormous, undercooked, slimy, and had a horrible texture. they were barely seasoned with the garlic parm and ridiculously rubbery. They did not give my DoorDash driver, my drink. The only redeeming quality about this meal was the ranch, which is just chilies ranch. Do not order from this ghost kitchen.

I have had some bad wings before, unfortunately the wings from “It’s Just Wings” were by far the worst we have ever had! The wings were the absolute slimiest and fattiest wings we ever had and we could not stomach them at all. The flavors seemed like they might be ok but of course that will only get you so far. That being the case we had to throw them all out and find something else to eat. We didn’t expect much of the fries from a wing place, but the fries were also not good. For whatever reason they were rubbery. I do not know if we just had a bad batch but we could not recommend this food at all.

It’s Just Wings does not have a storefront location for table-side service. It’s inside Chili’s however, orders are placed for pick up or delivery only, via Doordash. They’ve got great wings but quality isn’t consistent, in my experience. I’ve had really meaty wings but I’ve also had paltry wings. Today was a paltry wing day. Sad. Also, they need to stop being so attached to their ranch dressing. You should be able to substitute the ranch for blue cheese but they refuse to do so. You must have ranch dressing whether you like it or not (I don’t like ranch, in fact, I abhor ranch!) and then pay extra for blue cheese if you want it.

This used to be one of my favorite spots, recently they’ve changed to small wings that are unfilling, changed their awesome curly fries to a small batch of generic fries, and raised their price. Whoever took over this place has ruined it and I will be taking my wing passion to other restaurants.

Be aware that this isn’t a local business, but a part of Chili’s. I ordered some regular wings with fries and some fried oreos for delivery. The garlic parm wing sauce was decent. The wings themselves were unpleasantly fatty with a substantial layer of fat between the chicken skin and leg meat. The curly fries didn’t hold up well to delivery. They were very soggy and cold by the time we received them through doordash. The fried oreos were so-so. The fried oreos themselves were quite good (obviously not as good super fresh from the fair, but as good as you can get delivered). The chocolate sauce that came with them was terrible though. It’s like cocoa powder residue from the bottom of a Hershey syrup bottle, watered down to a thin liquid consistency. Overall it was edible, but I’d suggest trying somewhere actually local.
