I went today on 9/18. The container visibly damaged, I thought sure it’s just paper. Got home and saw that the use by date was 2 days ago.
One time of this happening is forgivable, things happen. Two times though? We spent $43 on the whole meal and only really got $28 of it. It frustrating because I love Arby’s but I don’t see how I can continue to pay $50 for a meal and only get half of it every single time. Just give us what we ordered, that’s all we want.
I recently visited the new Arby’s that opened up near me a couple of years ago, hoping to rekindle some old food memories. Here’s my honest review to help you avoid a less-than-stellar dining experience.
First impressions were good – the interior was new, fresh, and clean, which had me feeling optimistic. I decided to try the Turkey Bacon Wrap with their special ranch. I was really looking forward to pairing it with their famous triangle-shaped potato cakes, but sadly, they no longer offer them. Major bummer! I also couldn’t resist ordering a Jamocha Shake, thinking of the good old days.
Unfortunately, the experience fell flat. The wrap was hard, dry, and stale in parts. While the turkey was moist, the bacon was rock-hard and unchewable. Definitely not something I’d recommend. As for the Jamocha Shake, it just didn’t have the same flavor I remembered.
In conclusion, Arby’s won’t be making it into my list of go-to dining spots. I genuinely wanted to recommend this place and become a repeat customer, but it’s just not going to happen.
Save your time and money, and consider other options. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Safe travels and happy dining!
Got it home, and my beef and cheddar was barely warm, a very thin coat of the sauce was on it, and almost no cheese
They used to be hot, cheese dripping over the sides, and sauce used to be double what was there. Very disappointing. Husband got french dip sub, which was barely warm, too.
You’re not putting enough flavoring in and it’s not being mixed well enough. Also, it’s like cool fluff. Nothing milkshakey about it at all.
Slow service even though I was the only one at the dining room.
Dining room was dirty, customers had to clean their own tables (booth, chairs, seats).
Great location and beautiful dinner room.
