I addressed the staff with my concern that my companion’s small soup had the same amount of soup as my large soup. The explanation actually was ” the small soup bowl gets two units and the large soup ball gets three units.”. Not true.
48 dollars for two people soup and sandwiches and they have to flim flam , the soup size.

Panera is always a low key atmosphere that allows you to talk to your companion.

Food is always enjoyable. Although I will say their onion soup is salty for me.

Staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful.

Food wasn’t hot and staff was rushed and abrupt. Tables were dirty. I had to clean my own. Drink station was disgusting. Fruit flies everywhere. Spent $35 for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 drinks. SO PRICEY FOR WHAT YOU GET!
I asked if they could re-make my sandwich it tasted like it had been out for an hour. It was cold and dry! Some guy from the back asks again what’s wrong. When I told him he looked at me like I had six heads. Pushed the plate with the cold food toward me. As if he wants me to take it back.
I told him, no worries, I’ll just throw the cold sandwich away myself. Which I did and left.
I won’t be eating there again ANY time soon.
I’m over it! I hate leaving bad reviews. I always try to find something positive to say. But this place has left me no choice.

I frequent Panera frequently as my church provides bagels weekly from here and I am slightly addicted to their egg white avocado breakfast andwich. I cant say enough about their customer service. Everyone without exception, is pleasant, acommodating and hard working. The managers exude warmth and friendliness.

I generally like Panera Bread. The food is much better quality and tasty than other fast food. However, depending on the location, service can be lacking. I used to like the Panera on the Berlin Turnpike in Connecticut but I recently been to the one at Hartford Hospital and it was not a comfortable atmosohere/seating.
I wonder if they made it that way purposely to keep people moving. It’s definitely not a place where I would want to linger.

Absolutely DISGUSTED with this place and it’s service. They have a filthy kitchen where they’re preparing food that YOU are eating. Got my salad today to find an actual, literal roach in it….I have never had this happen to me before. BEWARE of ordering from here!!!

It’s not a problem with taking my order, but making my order in detail, as I stated in detail, which was on the receipt and the crew who makes took upon themselves to make it as they wanted not as stated on the screen that they took care in looking at other to do there way.

It’s a typical Panera that has a mix of people meeting with one another grabbing a bite while on the road or grabbing their food for take out. Staff was polite, condiments are self serve, table cleaning was inconsistent, Internet was solid during my visit.

I like this location, it’s really cozy and pretty and clean. I had a terrible experience only one time in 7 years and i was ready to swear them off immediately, i was fuming but the manager immediately and calmly listened to me and quickly reacted. Granted his solution was a refund instead of fixing the food to make it edible but omg i am still happy with the speed and accountability. great customer service and food
