The food tasted good. Seating felt cramped. Food all came out at separate times. Bit more expensive than its worth.

Great service and friendly staff ,but the food was just meh for me
I’m not really into fried chicken anyway but wanted to give this a go since it’s always busy and heard good things

Tried the Seoul Sampler as it has a variety of different foods
* 2 drums, 4 wings, Bulgogi Fries, Pork Potstickers, Korean Street Corn and Coleslaw. Your choice of Bonchon signature sauce and a dipping sauce.

The chicken itself was too large, I will say it was a nice crispy texture but I didn’t care for the sticky spicy sweet glaze flavor
The bulgogi fires were good, potstickers were ok Not a fan of the street corn
I can see why this place is popular if your a fried chicken fan – just not for me

4-28-24 4pm Delicious Food, Very Attentive Staff, Great Customer Service. Everything we’ve got here has been very good. Soy Garlic Bowl, Korean Tacos and mixed Wings, all was very tasty today. Conveniently located in Arbor Lakes across from Costco. My Wife and I have both had numerous times through our jobs, this was our first time dining in, we will definitely return. Very Much Recommend!

Overall the restaurant was very well picked up and clean. A good amount of seating but not a lot. Would recommend calling ahead if coming with a large group.

Alright, gave this place another try finally in 2025, big improvements made on the food, keep it up. Superb waitstaff and service.

It was alright. The fried rice was typical fried rice but tasted like Chinese buffet, chicken was crispy but the flavors weren’t too noticeable with the half and half, pork buns were the better thing but the flavor felt lacking this time around. The wait staff service was good.

This is a very unassuming place but dang is it good! The chicken was perfectly fried. The sauce was flavorful, the skin was crispy and the chicken delicious. Super impressed with the place. The spicy chicken bibimbap was also a solid dish. Not as great as the fried chicken (because it was amazing) but still good with the sauce. I’m just happy I decided to walk in and try it because it’s getting added to my normal dining places.

The food was tasty but I will say their flavors are very limited so if you don’t like the 2 choices : soy garlic, and spicy. The yum yum yang sauce(this might be a limited time) Which the yum yum yang sauce was great for those that like a little heat.
Same for potstickers soy garlic or spicy so we were not a fan of the potstickers. Onion rings very crispy.
I did hear the pork buns were yummy, but we did not get to try them.
The place was clean, but one of our chairs was lopsided. We would have switched tables but it was a pretty busy place for people needing seating for 4 or more in a group. There were lots of two seated tables.

The chicken was AMAZING. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. Seating arrangement is a little strange, didn’t know if we were supposed to seat ourselves or get seated. But the food is great and hot and tastes great! It’s a little pricey but the size of the chicken and the taste, it’s well worth it.

The food was really good and I was surprised. Bao buns are hit and miss in my experience because the texture seems to be tricky to get right, but these were great. Fried chicken (fried anything) is not generally my favorite, but I ordered it since it was their specialty, and this was what fried chicken is always advertised to be: juicy, crispy, and flavorful. We also got the Bulgogi Tteokbokki, which was a lot more flavorful than expected as well. Can’t wait to get back!

Crunchy, tender, full of flavor. And on top of that they were so sweet!!! Plenty of food for the price given. I got the sampler and there was two off us . It was alot more than it looked like in the photo. Flexible as well, they let us swap out the pork for veggie.
