We decided to order the Whopper jr. And was very surprised at how tiny it was. I think technically, it’s smaller than a hamburger. Amazing how prices are going higher and food portions are getting smaller. Truthfully it was all bun. But the table area was all nice and clean at least.

Honestly I’m tempted to put 1 star for service because I’ve never had a single positive interaction with an employee at this location in years and today is the last time I’ll even attempt to get food at the location. At least 2nd shift; specifically 430-530pm Monday-Thursday. They will NOT acknowledge you. You will need to get there attention and get them to look at the mobile orders where they will then make you wait until you ask a second time “what am I waiting on” just to not hear you or say; it’ll be out. Then they turn around back to their phones chatting away. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Years ago they didn’t even have the doors unlocked but would accept online orders and just tell you: “ ♂️” from behind the glass. I get it’s a fast food job but there should be a bare minimum of some respect there.

My favorite sandwich at BK is the original chicken sandwich. It’s supposed to be light brown and still juicy. The sandwich I got from this BK was an over cooked chicken patty that looked like it had been cooked/reheated to use for my order (at 1pm). It was burnt and dry. I’m glad I asked for extra mayo. Now I know why drive thru was empty when I got here at lunch rush. Avoid this BK if you want good tasting food.

Unsalted Fries: I know what you’re thinking, who orders unsalted fries, but I do. Twice I’ve ordered unsalted fries, but got extrea salted fries. Point is if you agree to take the oder you should deliver or just say no. It’s really that simple.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Burger King location due to the service provided by an employee named Adeline. She was noticeably rude and unprofessional, which made the visit frustrating. The food was ok but took far longer than expected and still fell short of quality standards, even compared to what you’d normally expect from Burger King. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed everything else.

I ordered croissant took so long. I ordered and some people behind me got their order but not mine so I waited near the cashier and then she asked the guy behind if they already have my croissant ready it’s a very small croissant but took them 45 minutes to make it!! The worst customer Sevice ever!! I would not recommend this place..

Adelina was extremely rude when I just went through the drive through. She was avoiding having to come to the window and had a bad attitude when she did come up to bring my order . I was pulling the code for the buy one get one free whopper and she ran my card for the entire price then tried to deny giving my receipt. Also had no appreciation for business and didn’t say bye or thank you or anything.

Just left this Location, wanted to try the new taco.. this one was old and dry, even bit it thinking maybe it taste better than it looked.. No!! It was terrible .. My 10 piece nugget was good and the taco probably would have been but it looked premade and just old and dry..
