The food was decent, but took too long to receive. Not to mention the fact the food was pricy; I could have gotten the same thing for like a couple bucks Less and Popeyes. Additionally, the bathroom and the tables were nasty. The bathroom smelled like piss and I even had 2 flies land on me at one point. The tables were disgusting; they still had trays and garbage from the previous people who ate there. It looked like they cleaned the place once every 5 years.

Took almost 20 minutes to get my food. Ordered a three piece meal and asked for white meat. Got a leg, thigh and a wing. The order window is on the opposite side as the pick up window so don’t think they are not busy. As an added bonus, you can only go 1 way to get out. Will never return. If you have a half hour to waste and don’t care if your food is correct go ahead.

9:00 p.m. an hour before close they’re not willing to make any more tenders the gal at the register said they were out but the guy running orders shook his head and showing that they had tender still but they just weren’t willing to make them on top of which they locked the outside door 5 minutes before the Lobby is closed. Staff was pretty rude for a tourist area I guess that’s okay because you probably won’t see those customers again the problem is we come up here a lot and they won’t see our business again and the trash is full

We ordered mush potatoes the guy never gave us, we said lemonade no ice, he gave us lemonade what tasted just like water, the chicken was supposed to come whit ranch and bbq sauce and we neither got that ! Really bad experience

We drove through about 8p last night. The gentleman at the window was exceptional, definitely deserving high praise for customer service. Food was good, too. I work restaurant myself and wanted to take a minute or relay how friendly, happy and helpful he was. Wish I had gotten his name, but I had exhausted little ones and didn’t think to at the time. Good job, A+!

Ordered online, was called by the restaurant a couple of minutes later to tell me that they were out of chicken sandwiches and that it would be an hour to make a 3 piece chicken and 5 piece tender. I then said just cancel my order, they told me to cancel it online. I went back to my order online and it told me to cancel it by calling the restaurant or calling the corporate number. Not the first poor experience I have had here but it will be the last.

Not impressed with this place at all. Called couple weeks ago about with few questions I had. Had a bunch of family & friends come into town this last weekend. There were about 50 of us total. With this many people coming is why I called week before. Person I spoke to on phone said there would be no problem delivering that much food and no need to order way ahead. So the day comes and I call to get chicken & potatoes delivered to hear this location no longer delivers. So needless to say this screwed up our food plans for the day. Besides that I find it crazy how early this location closes on weekends. Just not to smart in a tourist town. PLEASE make sure all of your employees know you no longer deliver!!

Ordered 8 piece meal at the drive through. Got home to find 3 legs, 3 wings, 1 breast and 1 thigh. Great way to spend $30 dollars. Oh and the biscuits would make great hockey pucks. One of 2 cars at the drive through, restaurant was empty, waited almost 20 minutes. Check your bucket before you drive away.

Almost every table was dirty and not wiped off the entire time I ate inside. As I was leaving I noticed garbage container open and outside container was filthy.
The parking lot and sidewalk area leading into the restaurant was messy and hadn’t been swept I quite some time.
Overall appearance needs a lot of personal attention.
