We had a mobile order. Once picked up we traveled home. Home we found missing one piece of chicken, one biscuit and gave us spicy instead of mild as we ordered. We threw away the chicken because spicy is not what we want.
So this has been an unworthy food establishment. So if you order from here make sure you get what you ordered!

The food is so hit or miss. Some times it great! It’s been like 60/40 bad lately though, unfortunately. They have a manager who is just always rude. I got one of the new “strawberry biscuits” today… It was insanely hot on the bottom, cold on the top, looked like it had be “iced” atleast 12 hours before hand, and had a chunk missing? The chicken sandwich is always one of those poorly pieced together chicken patties. I spent $15 on just myself and got so little that was actually edible.

Shorting food orders. You have to check your order before you leave the store. I ordered a 9 piece classic chicken they gave me 8 pieces I ordered 12 biscuits they gave me 11. I’m glad I checked before I left. They did give me what I was missing after we counted it at the counter.

I specifically asked for only legs and thighs the employees said no problem but it will be 15-20 minutes.. After waiting over 15 minutes I get my meal come home and it’s mainly wings and breasts.. This is after watching the manager herself pack it up

If I could give them zero stars I would this has to be one of the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Every time I come here the food is under cooked or I am just missing stuff I can’t tell you how many time they have forgot to put my sides in the bag and then last night they topped it off I bought a 16 piece and there was no wings in there there wasn’t anything to even substitute And then I wasn’t even told that they didn’t have wings would you like a substitute you spend 50 some dollars on chicken you expect to get what you pay for but not here definitely will not be coming back to this Popeyes ever again( to the owners comment below you obviously have no clue how to fix the problem because I’m not the first person it seems on here to have an issue with your establishment and all you can write is how sorry you are and that you’ll address it please save your half ass comment and fake concern)

First, they messed up the drinks, gave a huge attitude about correcting it, yelled about me to her coworker in front of me. She yelled BIG DEAL JUST DRINK IT . I paid extra for a lemonade why would I just take whatever random drink you gave me.
We ordered fries and red beans and rice . No beans and rice. We had not left the front counter, she accused me of receiving it. Where would I have hid it??? Would not give us the beans/rice we paid for, would not give a refund. Called me a liar when she messed up the order. How easy would it have been to say Oops im so sorry let me grab that. I’d be writing a totally different review.
Don’t go here. Rude rude staff. They stole 6 dollars from me when you add up the drink and beans.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Surprised at how many staff were working. Took about 5 minutes to get our food. Tables were dirty and I again thought about all the staff….why didn’t they clean the tables??.

Last owners were great and cared. When the new owners purchased it, I could of sworn they were buying tenders from a grocery store. After months I tried again and these are the tenders you get for over $13

it’s been a couple of years ago since i’ve been here, so i decided to stop by and see what’s up. i don’t know if it’s new management or bad suppliers or what, but the serving sizes on the chicken were ABHORRENT.
they ran out of chicken breasts, which, fine, whatever— i asked to replace them with thighs. but honestly i might as well have asked to replace them with wings. the thighs were smaller THAN THE DRUMSTICKS (the only thing they did right), and even then, most of the volume was skin over meat.
pictured below is one of the “thighs” in question. yes, they all looked like this. safe to say this is my final visit. RIP 41 dollars.

Poor experience overall — the biscuits were burnt, the shrimp portions were small for the cost, and the customer service was unprofessional. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Popeyes.
