Awesome bagel sandwiches. I had the Clementine, A ham and turkey sandwich with LTM. The steamed bagel is really good, and the Toffee Crunch Heaven iced coffee drink compliments the sandwich nicely. The coffee drink was very flavorful and the service was very quick and the two young ladies preparing the food and drink were very nice and friendly.

Finally got to check this place out. Love the coffee and bagel options and the bagel breakfast sandwich I ordered was delicious and the iced latte was perfect as well. Use the Wi-Fi to do some work while meeting with somebody so it was the perfect atmosphere.

It’s about time we got a rock solid breakfast place in the neighborhood. Steamed bagel sandwich is unique and delicious. Coffee was above average (only had an iced drip so might be better than I rate) and service was very friendly and timely..that lunch menu looked great, I’ll see them soon! Felt like home in the neighborhood. I got it to go so sorry no pictures. Give this place a go!

One of my new favorite places to go! Every drink I have tried has been great and the steamed bagel sandwiches are awesome. Staff is friendly and willing to help find something on the menu for you! I like to use their bigger tables to study when I can and appreciate the WiFi and availability of plugs for my laptop. Keep up the good work guys!

Second time and both times have been excellent. Sandwiches are bomb, but the 5 grain and chicken bowl is my new favorite. Coffee choices are excellent as well as smoothies and gelato. Nice menu all around and nice quiet atmosphere.

However, employees aren’t very friendly. The 2 other attempts I made to come grab a latte during normal POSTED business hours, I was met with a closing early sign and locked door.
Do they ever stay open for their actual hours? Not great for business if employees just want to leave early. I posted this on Yelp also with a pic this time.
On a positive note – I’m ecstatic to find a place that offers bagel sandwiches, and STEAMED on top of that. I grew up in PA and bagel shops are like Starbucks…everywhere. I had one with my latte the one time I was actually able to order and it was ok, not the best but I’m willing to give it another shot. Hope I can catch them when the doors are still open

Took some of my friends to meet up for a beverage and conversation. The Coffee drinks were WAY BETTER than that Seattle Based Coffee deal. I ended up eating a great steamed bagel sandwich for lunch. The PHILLY is fantastic and, according to my pals the bowls were fantastic as well. The Mustard Curry dressing….off the chain good!!! Great service and hospitality. If you’re looking for a place to relax and have great conversation with friends… skip the other chill around internet coffee jobs and stop by and see the wonderful folks at Cuppy’s! You’ll be glad you did.

Place is very nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly. I was turned off by the gentleman rubbing his snot on his hands then taking my credit card for payment and then preparing my sandwich all without washing his hands. I still ate it and it was alright. I also asked for the gluten free bagels they advertise but they were out so that was disappointing. But the snot ….. I won’t be returning. Hope I don’t get sick now.
