What a disgusting pie! It was inedible and ruined our Friday night dinner. They smothered it with chopped onions and also had too much mushroom. The pie was so heavily crowded with veggies that it boiled the pizza instead of making it charred and crisp like a pizza should. The sausage was not Italian sausage (where was the fennel). These people don’t know the first thing about making a pie. Sorry for being so mean but it really ruined our night and money.

First trip to Sammy’s in Ramsey and won’t be the last. Tried their Boss Hogg toasted sub and it was tremendous. Contained ham and Canadian bacon with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese and sweet pickles plus some of Sammy’s special sauce. The combination of sweet pickles and sauce was a perfect compliment to the ham and bacon. Left you with a nice sweet taste in your mouth other than a greasy one after having a sandwich with ham and bacon. Highly recommend the Boss Hogg! Sammy’s also has its famous pizzas (either fresh or frozen) from their Iron Range locations which has been a staple for years. Price of sandwich on par with other sit down restaurants at $10 for a six inch. Good off street parking at the corner of Bunker and St Francis Blvd. Please note that due to the corner they’re located it’s tough to access.
If you’re coming up 47 from the south you have no problem but coming from the north or especially east off Bunker Lake Blvd it is a challenge. Sure it has hurt businesses that have been in this location over the years. Therefore, please support these businesses in the little strip mall on the east side of Hwy 47. They would really appreciate it and as a community we should want them to succeed!

Most people don’t know what real, good pizza is supposed to taste like. You get it here. If there’s a problem with your order just call the store and they’ll help you. The subs are better than other sub places too.

First the delivery driver calls and tells me they don’t have my address, then they arrive and have someone else’s order. The driver left saying she would be right back… half an hour later she returned with my pizza which would have been good… but was cold. I assume it was sent to another customer because the drive time should only have been about 2 minutes. I was not called by Sammy’s or offered any explanation. I wasn’t looking for compensation, just a phone call to tell me what was going on. Not a great experience.

Ordered 1 pizza 1 sandwich for Delivery. Sandwich was good but my pizza was unedible. Crust was dry, oversized, and a bit burnt. There was very little of the bland sauce, even the Italian sausage was underseasoned. I would not reccomend Sammy’s

Awesome pizza, can’t find any better. The sausage is something special, and worth the trip itself.
Service was fast– placed my take out order at the counter and it was ready in less than 20 minutes for 2 pizzas.
If you like extra cheese (without paying extra) you’ll also like their pizzas. We learned we’ll need to ask to hold back on our next order…

Sammy’s pizza for the first time last night. It was AMAZING! It reminded us of a place in Montana that we love. We haven’t had pizza this good in a long time. We will making this our “Go to” place for pizza in the future. The person that helped me was very friendly and made me feel like he truly appreciated our business.

Don’t suggest ordering delivery. Maybe carry out isn’t any better. Our pizzas were 20min late, none were cut all the way through, and 4 of our 7 pizzas were trashed when we opened them. We spent a lot to have half of our pizzas edible. Too bad the picture won’t expand to the actual photo to show the damage to pizzas.

Here on business and at a hotel. Found out they use doordashers. Maybe suggest to the dashers to knock on the door instead of leaving the food out in the hallway. It was lukewarm when I started eating the pizza. Very good pizza, but the dashers need to knock so the person can get their food.
