Came here after ice skating and all the workers are messing around in kitchen and cussing like crazy infront of the costumers and little kids. Waited 45 minutes for food until we had to go up and tell them and it wasn’t even done. Sauce smeared all over tables. Food on floors. Bathroom were disgusting and toilets were clogged. They don’t deserve to be open unless they have better workers. They were rude.

The store was clean, the bathroom was even in great shape. You have to place your order on automated kiosks. Half of our group used the kiosk and half used the online app. The kisok order was prepared quickly, the phone app order was a mess. They couldn’t find it, then they blamed us for not “checking in”, then they ended up making the order twice. And the staff were rude about the whole situation, they would not make contact with us when we approached the counter for help, we ended up grabbing our own drink cups after waiting for help for several minutes.

My girlfriend and I went to taco bell to get food for the family and we ordered a beefy five layer in one box and a bean rice and cheese burrito in the other box but got a bean rice and cheese burrito in both… at the window the young man didn’t even give us all four drinks. Just two and he closed the window. We had to ask for the other two drinks. Chips were also missing. Taco Bell has seriously gone downhill and as someone who works on the line in a restaurant it appalls me to see the incompetence in some of the workers. The guy who took our order has messed it up many times previously were just so fed up with it and want something to be done. I’m not sure what his name is but he had a bird tattoo on his arm. Again super disappointed in taco bell for this. Having to go back to get the correct food after everything else is cold is ridiculous.

Calling this “fast food” is a stretch, they seem to be critically understaffed. It doesn’t seem to matter if I order our meal at the drive thru or in the app ahead of time, we always get parked and they bring our food out to us. My last order was placed via the app, with in store pickup, this is supposed to be a “we’ll start making it now” order, we get there 10 minutes later, the store is locked so I can’t go in to pick up the order, so we go through the drive thru. I tell them I’m here to get my mobile order, and they hadn’t even started it yet, so I got to wait another 10 minutes to get 3 stackers and a burrito.

Please don’t waste your time ordered online sat in drive thru for 26 minutes to get it since they locked the doors to the dinning room! Drinks watered down food terrible save yourself the disparity will be avoiding this establishment in the future! Also just tossed everything in a bag gotta love it

Im glad they reopened and “cleaned up” the taco bell in town but the food is still mediocre and too expensive. 3 hard taco supreme taco meal should not be $14 . Come on people I can buy and cook a steak for that price.

Ordered a mobile order to the drive through, was told to pull around front to then sit there for 10 minutes literally Thankfully my order was right after all the waiting or i would have lost it . If I wanted to wait I wouldn’t have ordered ahead of time on the app !! Its called fast food lol
