This is hands down the worst Chipotle in the area ever. If you only have 2.7 star reviews, that has to say a lot. Clearly there is lack of care. I’ve been here a few times and have had items missing, messed up orders, and not to mention the portions size is underwhelming for the price. I’ve been able count exactly 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. (FYI – Ask Pepper in the app for quick help & they are fast help & make it right) I recently visited a Chipotle in a different city & the difference of quality, taste & portion size (literally double the size) was 1000% better than this place. I like the concept of the drive thru but this place is terrible quality and someone needs to figure it out.

I’m usually not one to complain but Chipotle doesn’t allow you to contact a live person on their app.
Let me preface my review with this. This is my go to Chipotle and 99.9% of times I always eat in. And I always order the exact same thing. Service and quality are usually very good.
This time, I had to order thru the Chipotle lane and knew it was a gamble doing so because they always screw you on portions.
Yet I did it anyway, and even tipped to try and ensure I got what I ordered and paid for, burrito, double meat, etc rice etc.
Got the burrito home and when I say this burrito could have been called a veggie, I’m not over-exaggerating. When a burrito with double meat costs almost as much as a case of beer, id expect it to be better then what it was.
I confirmed my hunch and now know, no matter what never use the Chipotle lane. I should have wrapped it back up and walked right back in and had them refund or remake it, but the baby wasn’t allowing that.
Beware for yourself and never use the Chipotle lane unless you want to be left hungry and without protein.

I just ordered in-store, paid for my food, drove all the way home, and guess what? The burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side is completely missing from the bag! GONE!
Your staff literally rings up the order and places the food in the bag right in front of the customer! What am I paying you for if I have to stand there and double-check every single item? The expectation is that you perform the most basic part of your job correctly!
This isn’t just a simple mistake—I can accept a small error—but a WHOLE MEAL missing from the bag? COME ON! This shows a staggering lack of attention, and frankly, I have to ask: Does the customer need to do your job for you?!
It has completely wasted my time, not to mention now I have one person in our family (me) that doesn’t get to eat tonight. Is it that hard to ask for the bare minimum? I absolutely did not get which is unacceptable.

Honestly I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Their food is fresh, staff efficient, shout out to the manager who is very involved and knows how to run a restaurant. This is one of the few chipotle locations we can go to and trust its consistency, quality and taste. Oh and rarely have we ever had to wait long for food.

Mess up my order every single time. Paid for guac on 2 bowls today, then the app offers “free side of guac” for a future visit. I paid nearly $5 for guac today which I didn’t receive. To compensate I don’t get my money back, instead I get the guac I paid for with an expiration date. Last time they made 2 of my husband’s order, skipping mine entirely. Only good thing is the Chipotlane, so you can get your incorrect order easier
*edit: reached out to the email address from their response and all they said is they would pass the message on to the store. Apparently *possibly* getting what I paid for suffices for Chipotle. I have 1 month to use the not-free guacamole that I’ve already paid for before they make me cut my losses as their gain. Way to go.

If I could give 0/10 I would. I just went to this location and everything was a thumbs down! For one we went through the drive thru and weren’t greeted for atleast 5 minutes. Then we got our order which was supposed to include a drink and we were given an empty cup! What were we supposed to do go around get out and go inside ?! Next we got home and all over our tacos were missing the extra cheese and sour cream . Then we had some tacos with twice as much rice and some with barely any rice and lastly our tacos had maybe 3 pieces of chicken each and the chicken was so burnt it over powered the entire taste of the tacos so bad that my kids wouldn’t eat it . I’ve never had a meal so bad at Chipotle and this was my first time trying this location.

We just picked up our 3 burrito bowls thru the drive thru part. Wow never again. They must throw these together with a serving spoon. Tried the brisket….5 pcs in the entire bowl. Very little rice. All orders were very skimpy, didn’t even fill half the bowl. Missing items in order, meat was cold, chips were stale. We will drive the 2 extra miles for the next order. Very disappointed.

So bad. Always come and they used to charge for vinaigrette sauce. The portion sizes are tiny and food cold. Ordered a build your own taco kids meal and picked it up and it came with not even half the portion sizes for each side. Usually in person you watch so they do more but not even filled correctly. Also forgot my utensils and napkins when I marked the box. HAPPENED AGAIN OMG. BARELY FILLED HALF. FILLED BY MANAGER TOO BTW.

Blonde hair mexican lady charged me extra for an extra scoop of rice?!?! Chipotle has never charged extra for rice unless it’s a side. I don’t know what kinda of power trip she was on, but when you add extra rice on the app it doesn’t charge me $2 for an extra half scoop like she did. Very disappointed in that worker. The blonde white girl at register was very nice though!
