Ordered from here quite a few times. Ordered thin crust cheese, pepperoni and sausage pizza and Travino sticks with cheese. Pizza is delicious. Toppings are generous, sauce has good flavor and crust is nice and crispy. Travino sticks were amazing. Delivery is always quick and delivery driver is always very friendly and pleasant. Definitely recommend Travinos if you’re looking for a good pizza!

Tried Travinos for the first time and the overall experience was sadly disappointing. I wanted to try it as I read a review that complimented their gluten free pizzas and my husband has celiac. I submitted an online order around 5:15pm for a 6:15pm pickup and when I arrived at 6:18pm, I was told that they were “waiting for a few things in the oven.” There were a handful of us waiting for orders and were told the same message of waiting for pizzas to be done in the oven. After 15 minutes I asked for an update and the employee checked in back said they were cutting it up. I was finally handed my pizzas at 6:32pm, no “sorry for the wait” or “thank you for your patience”. Nothing. Just “here you go”. They were thankfully piping hot and upon arriving at my destination 5 minutes later to enjoy the pizza, I came to find that my “ranch style pizza” had in fact, no ranch on it. It was literally crust, cheese, chicken and bacon with no sauce/ranch. The second pizza, which was the gluten free, had the appropriate ingredients but was very underbaked. It had good flavor but even the edge pieces were doughy in the middle. Thankfully the pizzas were buy one get one free or i’d be asking for my money back with each pizza being $22-25. Don’t think we’ll be trying them again.

Stayed at the hotel across the street. Order a carryout. The pizza was excellent. Thin crust super crispy. Sauce with terrific tomato flavor, generously topped. A real winner!

I ordered this pizza trying to find a new favorite since Andrea’s closed. The pizza & garlic bread were great. Just 1 problem, they took 1 & 50 minutes to get here & were lukewarm. I think the food is awesome, you just need to work on delivery.

The lady working took my order over the phone and was very friendly through the whole process and kind when I came in to pick up.

I showed up 10 minutes late for pickup, was told 5 more minutes, and it’s now been 20 and still no sign of my food. Maybe update later if the pizza is phenomenal…
Edit: pizza was fantastic but served 30 minutes late with no acknowledgement with zero tables filled in the dining room.

First few times i ordered it was great but today the pizza was a lil on the cold side and i live less than 5 mins away. Yes i did delivery. The bottom of the pizza was like hard, rubbery which really turned me off the pizza. Its like hard to chew. Im sure its just a one time thing here but hopefully it doesnt happen again

Placed a carry out order, I was told it would be a 50-55 min wait (no one in the restaurant at the time) I came back to pick up my order, another customer was waiting to order and no one was at the front counter for a good 20 mins (I was waiting as well and timed it) the customer walked out, I talked loud and said “hello” for someone to acknowledge me, the young girl finally came, asked me my name and gave me my food. The young girl doesn’t like her job very much. When I got home, mind you I live 5 mins away, the Pizza was cold and the breaded mushrooms weren’t cooked all the way. I won’t be coming back to this establishment nor will I recommend to anyone.

Travinos is easily the best pizza in West Allis. Quality toppings. Generous portions. Fair price. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our pizza was delivered hot, fresh, and right on time (Saturday night). Huge shoutout to Travinos for using their own delivery drivers and not simping for Grubhub or Ubereats. As a long time resident of West Allis I hope Travinos is here to stay.
