I’ve lived in this town most of my life, moved away, and recently came back and somehow never tried this place until tonight. I randomly ordered a stromboli on a coworker’s recommendation, and I’m honestly kicking myself for not coming here sooner.
This is a true hole-in-the-wall, pickup-only kind of spot, and the stromboli was so good! 10/10 across the board. One of those meals that genuinely hits the spot.
The service was just as good. The gentleman working was incredibly kind and welcoming, and you could tell he truly cares.
I will absolutely be back. If you’re on the fence or haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and go.

Wow! Don’t sleep on this place, it is freaking amazing! If you have not had their Chicago style pizza you are not living your best life. I have had Chicago style pizza in Chicago…. And this place blows them away! It’s easy to get in and out of, right there on the corner makes it a great place to stop. Usually takes about 30 to 40 minutes for them to take your pizza from beginning to end. But that’s no time to wait in order to get what you really love! We’ve ordered the meat lover Chicago style a couple of times, and then their special which is pretty much just a supreme. And both of them are absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a good pizza.

It would be a 5 if they would have a schedule that was remotely predictable. They either ope or they aren’t. For the first 30 years I lived here I thought the place was abandoned. Best pizza you’ll ever eat though.

The strombolis are great! I’m from Evansville originally and Pizza King is the best place for a stromboli there but Rick’s is the closest I’ve ever gotten to it.

This is the first time I’ve had Ricks! It is impossible to find Chicago style pizza in this area. Rick’s absolutely KILLS IT. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

We ordered a few days ago and the experience was exceptional. We ordered a Chicago deep dish, but when we arrived to pick it up I learned that they had written down my order incorrectly and that there was a thin crust ready for us. The employees were very apologetic and offered to either make me a new one or give me the incorrect order free of charge. Since it was late, we took the incorrect order. While I am generally not a fan of thin crust pizza, it was delicious. My husband and I have lived in Henderson for ten years and have struggled to find a decent local pizza place. We think the search is over! We will be back. The food was delicious and the customer service was superior.
