First time ever having McAlister’s. Had a good meal ! Enjoyed the veggie spud with nachos as an appetizer. They were able to accommodate few things since we didn’t want certain ingredients.
The service was great too. They took care of use from order all the way to when we left.

I have not been to a McAlister’s in some time. The store in Fort Walton has been closed for a while now, and it wasn’t particularly good or well run. But the one here in Crestview was better during peak lunch hours than that one was even on its slowest of days.
I was feeling particularly hungry and had both a grilled chicken club and a pecanberry salad–I can see why the latter is so popular on the menu. It was absolutely phenomenal, so much so that I will have to try making a variation for myself at home. The staff were also very cordial and attentive, despite how busy it was.
Should I find myself north of the Interstate again, I’ll likely stop by here for lunch!

First time McAlister’s Deli. We enjoyed everythings here. Crab Chowder was very good, the french dip had a lots of meat in it, the baked potato and a cup of chicken dumping combo was reasonable priced.

Most of our food was really good. They have exceptional customer service!!!
Was a little disappointed in the four cheese grill. It needs to be on dense bread and pressed down. It was odd to have that bread with the cheeses and it was not tasty. The tomato soup was also not my taste. Brownies fall apart while eating. They could be thicker and easier to eat as brownies are not usually soft and crumbly. Everything else was great.

Always a go-to spot for my wife and I when we are trying to figure out what is a healthy and good quality lunch option. I always have the New Yorker and that thing is quality. The meat is the perfect amount and the bread is fresh. The cucumber and tomato salad side is delicious and a favorite of both ny wife and I. She tends to jump around the menu with her options sometimes, but she always enjoys her choices. My next will be one of the loaded spuds, probably.

I came in to order a chicken salad sandwhich. The cashier Brenda asked me if I want it grilled. I was confused as I hadn’t been asked this question for a Chicken salad sandwich before, I responded asking her if it came any other way( fried etc.) She said it just comes grilled. So I said OK I’ll take it grilled ,when I received my order It was a grilled chicken sandwich, Not chicken salad. When I brought this to her attention to let her know that I actually want chicken salad she was rude and told me I ordered it that way, and snatched it out of my hand. I did not order it that way, and even if I had, this was one of the most horrendous customer experiences I’ve ever had At McAllister’s. All I needed was my sandwich, remade and kindness. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

The one thing I’d like to know is to refill my ice tea myself insteas of having to get staff to do so.
Now I’d like to note there was definitely wrong item with my last order (I wanted a SALAD not half croissant, but BOTH items have same name). Not having a lot of time, I just finished the soup and Will say that the croissant was too burned for my tastes.

I love the Sandwich I had the Memphian it has different type of meats. I also got fresh fruit with raspberry dipping sauce for my fruit and it wasn’t overly sweet and a cup of coffee with 4 Half & Half Creamer 🙂
