We were super rushed while placing our order……. so I think that was part of why our drinks were WRONG…….
Our frosted rebel wasnt frosted…..
And my golden eagle was disgusting. I asked for cinnamon sprinks and caramel around the cup- they put cinnamon syrup and regular cinnamon on top and its so so strongly a burnt artificial cinnamon flavor i cant even drink it.
We were passing through on a time constraint or I would have asked them to remake both of the drinks. Frustrating especially when its so expensive .

There are a few amazing employees at The cave junction location their biggest problem is the new manager named Xavier. He is without a doubt the worst manager I’ve ever ran into he needs to be removed from the cave junction location and go back to grants pass. He is the only reason I’m giving a one star. He has thrown the good vibes out the window and has made it uncomfortable and awkward. And to top it off he doesn’t even interact with the community out here at all

This is our fav dutch stand!! Whenever we drive through we always stop here and get the BEST drinks! A couple weekends ago it was my daughter’s birthday and they made her whole day with how they made her bday drink look!! It was a really hot day and my iced green tea was also made perfectly. Baristas are always nice and they put care into making drinks and it really shows! Definitely one of our favs!

This is by far one of the best Dutch Bros locations in Oregon, full stop. The baristas are fun, have positive attitudes, and treat you like they’ve known you forever. I truly believe they care about the patrons and it shows. I’ve dropped my coffee and went back, just to be given another one, free of charge, although I was given a playful banter. More times than not, they will have my coffee ready before I even pay, just highlighting their desire to streamline an otherwise busy location. Allison, Andrea, Erica, and Amanda really stand out with their customer service, attentiveness, and their drive to provide the best experience possible. If you’re passing through, this a phenomenal spot to meet some great locals and grab a quick drink. I highly recommend this establishment.

By Far this is the Best Dutch Bros I’ve EVER been to and that’s saying A lot because Ive been to more then I can recall! The staff is Amazing! The drinks are ALWAYS on point and made to perfection! They know Exactly what I want before I even get a chance to order. Granted I am a creature of habit and order the same drinks on a regular basis but just knowing that I’m going to be taken care of and treated like a VIP is enough to keep me coming back to this Location! I have my favorite Broistas however I have to keep that to myself as to not offend anyone Lol. I HIGHLY recommend this location to try. You will make it your favorite as well!!!

My family and I are travelling across the states and I just wanted a cool drink. This place was fantastic! I’ve never had Dutch Bros. before, but the staff were fun and engaging, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. I got a chai latte and it was . Definitely recommend!
