We went tonight with our friends was 5 of us and we are all very disappointed first of all the service was terrible one of the waiters came over to us said she was gonna take our order then walked away and started cleaning tables there was another server called Calvin was lovely helped us the only one that’s the only good part about o vist. our food came out 3 of us got burgers and they were burnt to a crisp we waited a while and ended up just eating it and it was horrible 1 of us got a hotdog the plate was warm but the hotdog was freezing,2 of us got loaded fries as well 1 of them had black chips overcooked. the other loaded fries the bacon was not cooked and put my friend right of there meal and the mac and cheese for my daughter that we ordered came out cold waited 5/10 to see a server then we asked for another and when it came out we could tell it was just put in the microwave and it was barely even hot when we got it as well what a waste of money eating out is expensive enough as it is without receiving this kind of service the ‘chefs’ in that kitchen need to rethink there career also went to the woman’s toilet and there was a tampon and wrapper just sitting in the toilet definitely won’t be back if I could leave no starts I would honestly

My husband and I went for a lunch there. We were only one table in the restaurant and thought everything will go nice and smooth. Couldn’t be more wrong. We were waiting about 10 minutes for the woman to come and take the order. She was sitting on the table next to the bar and drinking coffee? And when our food has arrived I was surprised what I got. I have ordered Texas Cheese Chicken burger what meant to come with cheese sauce. By my surprise it was the smallest chicken burger I’ve ever seen, with small drop of cheese sauce. On the menu it sounds like the burger will be full of cheese sauce. Again, couldn’t be more wrong again. When the waitress / manager came to ask if everything is ok I have explained that I’m not happy with the burger as it’s barely chicken or cheese sauce in it. She didn’t apologise for anything, just took my plate and left. After 10 mins I got my burger with no word being said to me.
However while I was waiting for my food I have seen chef walking around the kitchen with his hair not being covered at all. He had huge long Afro hair what put me off.
I have finished my burger and we were waiting for someone to come and clear our plates however nobody did so I went to the same person who was taking our order and asked if I can pay for our table. She just gave me the bill without checking if the new burger was alright or if we would like anything else. Anyway… I have asked to speak to a manager and she said the she is one of them. So I told her how disappointing this experience was and about the chef walking in the kitchen like that.
What she did? Smiled and passed me the card machine.
I mean, don’t waste your time. Go and eat somewhere else.

We came here because someone said they had award winning burgers…. I’m guessing the chef has changed since then because there wasn’t a single bit of my burger that wasn’t burnt/rock solid and the chips didn’t taste fresh at all they were rank, how does one get chips wrong? The only plus side was the staff were friendly but why the chef would send that food out is beyond me tbh.

This place has went down hill. The burgers are allot smaller and the Texas cheese sauce massacre was absolutely appalling. Came with barely any cheese sauce on it! The mac and cheese loaded fries the mac and cheese was dry as hell! Barely any sauce on that either. My burger and my chips were so rubbish. I legit told them it was rubbish to their face. Absolutely appalling. They said yeah the menu the menu changed we don’t put allot of sauce on the burgers anymore. Like what’s the point of having it on the menu then. Place needs the old chef back. No wonder the place was dead!

We went here for something to eat on a day out Christmas shopping just me and my mum. It was quite quiet so no wait for a table and our server Calvin was extremely helpful. They showed us different options we can choose from and gave us their recommendations. The food was great and came out straight away. Would definitely recommend and come here again! 🙂

Staff were friendly but took about 40 minutes to deliver bill, food was good and came quickly. Mainly was the bill taking forever to come.

Had my daughters 21st here. The main selling point was the foot long mozzarella sticks. From the beginning to the end we experienced above 5 ⭐ customer service. Food service was very quick with food arriving piping hot to the table which proved the freshness. The cocktails and mocktails were out of this world and tasted phenomenal. Staff went above and beyond board to ensure my daughter had a 21st to remember. Thank you Monica and her fantastic team for everything. You are all worth your weight in gold. Exemplary customer service.

Really good food at good prices. I appreciate the large vegetarian and vegan range which has its own section on the menu. The veggie burgers range are actually veggie burgers and not fake meat! There is also a vegetarian range of beef and chicken substitutes too though.
The menu is fun – the cocktail list is super cheeky (I loved the Hannibal Licked Her!) and the atmosphere here is chilled and unrushed. The servers are really professional and the background music videos have something for everyone.

We booked last minute and were so glad we did! Food was amazing, we ordered “the monty” burger, a classic cheese burger, Indiana dawg, a chicken and mac and the footlong mozzarella stick for our 9yo…the staff were attentive and polite. One member of staff interacted with our 9yo daughter really well and set her a challenge that if she could finish the mozzarella stick she’d remove it from the bill! Challenge accepted although not succeeded (1/2” left) she honoured the gesture and removed it from the bill.
The food was warm, tasty and served really quickly. Great choice on the menu for food and drinks. Will definitely return.

Restaurant was very quiet as it was early, gas for soft drinks was off so only had cans available. £3.95 for re-fills on drinks but only had 1 can so for that price not great. Food was amazing, very fresh and tasty as always. Only 1 server on FOH so service was non existent. Took our order and brought our food and drinks. That was it, no follow up or anything else. We asked for the bill when we needed it and it was delivered promptly but basically just dropped on the table as the server walked past. We had requested a NON booth table in our booking as I member of our party is not comfortable in a booth but that’s exactly where we were sat! As I said earlier the restaurant was NOT busy so plenty of available more suitable seats! Pretty poor visit overall only saved by the food!
