This is some of the very best Ramen I have ever tried. The broth had a deep rich flavor and the noodles were amazing. We ordered the truffle, miso, and yuzu sesame and the curry ramen selections.. all 4 of these were amazing and unique. The avocado rolls were very tasty and hearty and go great with the Ramen. Even if you are not vegetarian you are going to love this ramen because it tastes so good and the quality of the ingredients is top notch. There was convenient reserved parking right in front to pick up orders which was awesome because the parking can get a bit crowded. This is a must try spot if you love Ramen.. so good!

Food was delicious. Really enjoyed the Yuzu ramen and spicy miso ramen. The Yuzu ramen was very aromatic and flavorful. Spicy Mac and cheese was also really good, not too heavy but still flavorful. The waitress was also super helpful and sweet with explaining the dishes and smiles welcomingly. Will definitely have to come back.

I saw this place promoted on google so I figured I would give it a try. I am always up to try new spots in town and different cuisines. I didn’t initially read that it was a plant based restaurant, so it came to my surprise when they had a very focused and limited menu. Overall the food, service and atmosphere were fine, I just am more akin to traditional ramen. I am sure for a vegan or vegetarian this is an amazing find. I see many people in reviews enjoy it, and am glad they have! Maybe I will give it another try someday and see if it hits better next time

We visited Red White Boneless Ramen with high hopes because it had a 4.8-star rating and around 600 reviews, so naturally, we thought it would be amazing. Unfortunately, we ended up quite disappointed.
When we arrived, there was only one waitress trying to handle about eight or ten tables, and the bathroom and floors were a bit dirty. The waitress herself was lovely—she’s Mexican and super friendly, and she gave us really good recommendations. But the sushi we tried just wasn’t to our taste. It had a strange topping—kind of like chili flakes or tajín with some odd yellow sauce—and it just didn’t feel natural on sushi.
On the positive side, the ramen was excellent. It had a nice dense consistency, the flavors were really good, and the ingredients tasted fresh. So in the end, I’m giving it two stars because I don’t want to overhype the place if it didn’t fully meet expectations, even though the ramen itself was great.

I ordered online about 1:30am after an event. The place was near where I was staying and one of the few non fast food spots still open. I didn’t really pay attention to the fact it was all vegetarian ramen, and I was not disappointed. The ordering system and customization was great too, and the order was totally accurate. I love a tonkatsu with pork slices as much as the next person but my #9 truffle salt ramen was delicious (I did add cheese). The noodles where slightly thicker and chewier than I am accustomed to, which was a plus. The broth was salty and savory with mushroom umami flavors. It also had a pleasant texture which may have been boosted by the cheese. I did not miss the meat at all, but it’s pricing is directly in line with premium meat filled ramen, so I would have liked to see add ons like cheese and extra noodles be a little lower cost.
Once I arrived I realized their dining room was still open so I asked to have my order in house which was fine (still served in delivery fashion, I may have been too late to have it in their bowls etc.). The dining room was dark and cozy with about a dozen tables for parties of 2 or 4. Their delivery bowls keep the noodles seperate from the broth which was dope. They do have free cold water in the dining room, but I got a bottled tea for $6.25.
Overall as a late night option it can’t be beat (open til 3:00am), but it’s high cost and vegetarian focus would turn me to other options during regular hours. If you are vegetarian or vegan I could see RedWhite a regular option for a rich, savory, satisfying bowl of ramen.

For Vegas and non-vegans!!! This place is absolutely fantastic. My carnivore boyfriend said this was the best ramen he’s had in a while. Amazing flavor, very rich and creamy but light broth. Vegan Truffle Mac was also delicious, vegan cheese typically has that odd texture, doesn’t seem to melt all the time- but this cheese was melted and gooey. Service was great, order at the counter and sit at a table, low lighting very chill.

Had the spicy Red Hot Miso Signature Ramen and Spicy Mac and Cheese. Both were delicious and authentic. Must try if you are around Hollywood. Service was polite and they explained the ingredients clearly to help us choose. Atmosphere could be improved to be made more lively.

Amazing food and service. Love when I have the opportunity to be near the LA Area and dine at either one of their locations. No. 5 & No 8. Ramens are my go to and I NEVER pass on the roasted miso avocado roll. Be sure to order the signature version for full olfactory stimulation and to enhance your dining experience.

Extremely tasty food! Got the No. 8 Red Hit Miso ramen. It was hot and savory and hit the spot on a cold and windy day. Service was really nice too! Make sure to ask for mild on the number 8 if you can’t handle spice well because this one had a kick.

As a gluten free and dairy free person, ive struggled finding ramen to eat. After looking up yelp reviews and coming across this place, i decided to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations. Amazing gluten free and vegan ramen. Tastes amazing, and the restaurant is super cute. The staff is friendly and overall, this vibe is a peaceful and delicious place to eat. Ill be here every time im craving ramen 🙂
