Best Five Guys ever. Everytime I come here the food is so fresh and delicious. All of the toppings are so fresh (like good crunchy lettuce, sliced tomato) Never a long wait time either. The team here is fantastic and communicates very well. From someone who is very picky about beef I will devour my little cheeseburger all the way any day keep up the great work

I usually order from here and I know they tend to take a while, which has never bothered me before. However, today’s experience was genuinely horrible.

I ordered two burgers. One with cheese and one without. When we got the order, neither burger had cheese on it even though I paid for it. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse when we realized the toppings were completely mixed up. I ordered mushrooms and green peppers on one burger and received a single mushroom, and the green peppers were placed on the wrong burger entirely. On top of that, the bread was extremely soggy for some reason, which made the burgers uncomfortable to eat. The burgers were also barely put together in the foil and looked like they had just been thrown together without any care. This has never happened before when I have ordered from here.

I called the store to ask for a refund on the burgers since the order was genuinely incorrect. My mom is actually allergic to green peppers and almost bit into one because they were placed on the wrong burger. The person at the store told me they could not do anything because it was a mobile order. They did not offer to remake the food, have me bring it back, or offer any solution at all.

So I followed their suggestion and called the customer service line for Five Guys. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to there was also rude. I understand they need to confirm the issue with the store before processing anything, but the way the situation was handled made it feel like no one cared about the problem.

I am only asking for a refund on the burgers since they were made incorrectly. The fries were fine, and I am not trying to get anything extra or take advantage of the situation. This was just a really unpleasant experience, and I honestly regret suggesting this place to my mom today.

This was the $9 “large” fry I ordered for my family of 4. When I approached the employee about this not being a large, her response was to hold a large cup up and say “I filled the cup. If you want more fries you can order another one.” This was the total amount of fries for $9.

If you’ve been at one five guys , you’ve been at all of them. Icecream machine was down (super rare for them) and they went out of their way to accommodate me..they ultimately made the shake after I waited.

I am a past patron of this location. The food has always been good in the past and the service friendly. Today’s experience was enough to make me not want to return. Friendly greeting at the counter. We were able to get a table soon after ordering but it took a while to get our food. When we did get our food, the order was wrong. We ordered three burgers, varying toppings and condiments for each, and fries. None of the three burgers were prepared correctly. When I took them back to the counter to get them corrected I was asked, “Do you want us to give you the toppings and you put them on or do you really want us to remake them?”-emphasis on the “really”. So, they remade the burgers. The second time around, they were still incorrect. We did go ahead and eat the burgers this time because now we had waited through two makings and we were ready to eat. We will not be returning anytime soon. I will not keep paying for food that cannot be made correctly the first time around.

From the huge hole in our wallet I really expected to have a delicious Burger. Signs throughout the restaurant tried to remind you that they are worth every penny, but I beg to differ. I had a lukewarm Burger with unmelted cheese. They failed to add any lettuce, tomato, pickle or mayo. Fries were very good but overpriced. So disappointed.

If I could give 50 stars I would! I went in just for a strawberry milkshake but had a peak and one of the workers making a burger and it looked delicious. I ordered one and it was the best I ever had. They give you a lot of fries! Highly recommended!

It’s Five Guys…what’s not to love! Great hamburger, great fries and very friendly staff! My cardiologist says I shouldn’t, but if I’m going to go, I want a Five Guys burger in one hand, and a few fries in the other when I do!
