So let me say first that the chicken and all the sides tasted great. I had quit eating here many many years ago because the food quality had just went so down hill and the service was terrible and slow. But all the food really hit the spot. With 1 exception the biscuits were not fresh, they were cold, dry and hard which was disappointing. I ordered on the app and was asked to drive around and park at the front they would bring it out to me. After sitting there for like 10-15 minutes I went in and my order was sitting in the mobile order area. Nobody brought me my food, that is just poor service. Also I got the 6pc chicken bucket family meal with 4 sides. The sides are single servings not enough for a family to share. I mean the Mac n Cheese I got was 2 tablespoons of food. Should not label it a family meal if the sides are so small in portion size. But I will go back because it tasted so good and reminded me of the KFC I ate as a kid. It was finger lickin good!!!

Zach is an amazing general manager. It seems like he lives there because anytime I go there he is there even when he is sick. I feel like his boss should let him take a few days off to recover!
They have good lighting and cold AC. I bet that feels good in the summer!

We arrived and food is always delicious. I love original recipe. Now the staff. Manager raised his voice multiple times at staff in front of customer. Twenty minutes after our order was placed, they asked what our order was again? I was so frustrated I left. No apology, no my bad, no nothing except let’s take your order again. Worst service other!

I recently visited this KFC with my mother and daughter to treat them to lunch, but it ended up being a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was practically empty — it looked closed — which should have been my first sign.
When we walked in, a lady started to take our order but then just walked away without saying anything. An older gentleman came to the register and immediately asked, “Do you speak English?” which I found very offensive. My mom joked back in Spanish, but the comment was completely inappropriate.
Throughout the ordering process, this employee kept going off-topic, making comments like “Beer, chicken, and a cigar go great together.” I had my 11-year-old daughter with me, and it made things awkward. He also messed up our order multiple times — I had to go back to the counter about eight different times to get missing items.
Another worker, who was handling the food and wearing a drive-thru headset, was rude and dismissive. He shouted questions across the room instead of speaking to us politely and never once said thank you. The restaurant stayed empty the entire time except for a couple of people picking up online orders.
The worst part came as we were leaving: that same employee walked outside, lit a cigarette, and was still taking drive-thru orders while smoking — right in front of the building. It was shocking and completely unprofessional, especially for someone handling food.
This location clearly needs serious customer service and cleanliness training. The district manager needs to step in and address what’s happening here. The morning crew definitely needs improvement — I truly hope the evening crew does better. I will not be returning, and I’ll be letting others know to avoid this location.

4:40 on a Sunday afternoon, zero customers in the dining area, 5-6 employees in the back. I ordered on the kiosk due not being acknowledged while standing at the register. I stead of calling out the name I entered in the machine they say one item that was in my order. We had to ask for our Root beer Vanilla float and soft drink cup. The location in itself is horrible, good luck finding the parking lot.

Came in October 31st around 8:00pm with my fiancé. Lovely service, specifically Blake, Chase they were out of things due to the Halloween craze but were so spectacular to make that up to us. I don’t have a KFC where I live and it is my absolute favorite. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant.

The back is absolutely dirty, do they even clean? Oil has an old stale taste like it wasn’t changed in a couple weeks. They hire incompetent people who don’t know how to count money. Honestly quit hiring people who hate their lives maybe your store will look better.

Throwing up after eating their chicken. Don’t even need one star. They take your order then bag it up and sit it on the counter very rude never going back now I know why they all have bad reviews. They all the same bad chicken.

Whoever is running this store tonight is doing a great job. I went in the restaurant to eat and the customers were happy, food was delicious and the staff seemed to get along and enjoy their job. It was a wonderful thing to see. Good job managers

It’s one of the best KFC’s I’ve been to in a long while. Actually, quit eating KFC because they just became nasty to even walk in to. The dining room is slightly worn but very clean. The chicken (original recipe) was spot on as well as the coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and gravy. A little out of the way from where we were at, but even with GPS positioning, Uncle Joe took us to the furthest one away from home! My 10 year old grandson swears he’s never eaten KFC and was smiling when he took his first bite of his drumstick!
