Love pizza plus was the only pizza place I was always Craving when I moved away. But now I live here and we order pizza plus at least once a week! Great portions great pizza great wings, My only annoyance is the inconsistency. We order the same meal combo every single week and it was the same for the first two weeks but then the next week we’d get a individual ranch instead of a large ranch and then this week I usually get a whole box of fries and I got a quarter amount of fries and they put the chicken with the fries in the box this time. I got we love pizza plus but I wish they would be a little more consistent with their combos. I order what I order every week assuming that it’s gonna be the same every time I order it

Had quite a few orders here. You’re going to be waiting no less than a half hour to get your pizza no matter what day you order. Service is bad because they don’t have the workers for the capacity they have customers. Always a long line to pick up even when the food is ready as well. Pizza is good, but the wait will have you rethinking where you order from honestly. Delivery times are usually an hour and a half. If you don’t believe me, order yourself and go hungry while the delivery driver struggles to find your clearly marked house.

I order here frequently and it is always a long wait. The staff is a bunch of kids and they are usually pretty rude and unsanitary. I seen a kid sneeze and not wash his hands and I have also seen an employee drinking beer behind the counter. The pizza often times upsets my stomach. I would recommend going to the one off of Mae Anne in North Reno.

I placed a large order for work online. when I arrived, it was ready hot and fresh. They have a great menu with a vast offering of different appetizers, pizzas and salads. The staff at the desk was very caring and helpful.

We ordered delivery at 5:45. It said we should get it by 6:50. It’s not 7:21 and nothing. I had to call the store. The first person I talked to said 15 more minutes without asking the driver. I then asked for a manager. Her name is Karen. All she said was we got busy. I asked for my delivery fee back since it’s 40 minutes late. She did that. When I asked her so 15 minutes? She said I’m not sure then got an attitude with me. Managers shouldn’t give customers attitude at all.

I ordered the #1 Special, with a Hawaiian pizza with double pineapple and the standard 1/2 bucket of wings… These are the 1/2 bucket of wings you receive (photo below).. I had a poor experience here last year, but thought a second chance was in order. I was charged for double pineapple, but received less than HALF of what’s in their photos and it was a SMALL pizza, not a medium.
Every time I’ve called for delivery, the answer is the same… 1 hour – 1.5 hours, no matter the day or time and have been told pick up is better. Not only that, but they won’t accept delivery orders after 10:30 on Saturdays even though that’s not what it says online.
I’m sad I’d rather give my money to a commercial restaurant than these guys.
