This is my very first time getting a beverage from Dunkin. I am impressed. This location is in such a great spot and the service was quick. I pre ordered for drive through pickup. Quick and efficient. The young lady over the speaker was clear in speaking and had kindness in her voice. I ordered the seasonal “Cookie Butter Latte” and I can safely say you have gained a new regular customer, it was delicious.

Iced Matcha with butter pecan was great, definitely satisfied my pregnancy cravings. My Coffee with espresso and hazelnut shots was hot and fresh which was for my mom she said it made her feel warm inside-hug in a cup. Girl at the speaker and at the window was awesome with customer service. Usually when I come to Dunkin I am rushed and my drinks taste off, but today everything was fantastic! It was a beautiful day at Dunkin.

I always try to give them a chance because its right down the street but noo they always disappoint . I stood in the drive thru line for an hour and i cant even get out since there is not outlet. And they always end up saying they dont have some stuff once you pay already i got a pumpkin donut and they told em after i paid. They also got my food wrong they didnt even add my bacon on my chicken bacon sandwich. And my bagel they burnt it. This why i always drive longer to the east west dunkin they are way better.

I was excited to get a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The Dunkin website says it has “five half slices of bacon.” You can see the nice stock photo showing the five pieces of bacon sticking out (which, even though the description says “half slices,” the picture is clearly meant to make people think there are five full slices). I was disappointed when my sandwich looked like it had in total maybe one piece of bacon. I didn’t get five half slices. That’s not four half slices. It’s not three half slices. It’s at most two half slices broken up into small pieces. Sandwich also has a weird smell, like a wet dog, and my large latte was only 2/3 full. Waste of money.
Last time I went there to get two lattes, one with 7 pumps and one with 2 pumps of syrup, they gave me two lattes with 7 pumps. I said it was wrong and asked them to remake one with 2 pumps. The cashier snapped at me that I had said 7 pumps for both, which I didn’t. There are a ton of other reviews on here also saying that one of the employees (maybe the same person every time) got orders wrong and then blamed the customer for supposedly saying the wrong order. Anyway, they remade it that time. This place is really hit or miss. Usually I just go to grab a coffee and a donut, which are always good.

I came through the drive thru this morning @approx 9am on 8/6/25 to order a small French vanilla iced coffee. I like my iced coffee SUPER sweet because I hate the taste of coffee. I got to the window and paid. The young lady hands me my drink. I almost drove off before noticing my drink had no whip cream that I ordered. I told the young lady and handed the drink back. She then proceeds to tell me my drink had no coffee in it. I look confused and asked “what do you mean?” She said because i had so much other stuff in it that the drink had no coffee. My thought is if you put coffee in the cup then there’s coffee in the drink!!!! I told her that I ordered my drink correctly. Then I proceeded to ask for my money back because I didn’t like the awkward looks and comments about the drink I ordered. I’m very aware of what i wanted and what i ordered and didn’t need the criticism.
