I came to get a cup of coffee New Years Eve in the early afternoon and they were closed. Understandable. Apparently hours vary by location. However, I came the following Saturday at 1PM and the doors are locked. Only drive through is open. WHY are you not servicing peoppe indoors? This is the second and LAST time I come to this location.

I ordered a variety of dozen donuts and a macchiato. Macchiato was good and the service was great. Can’t say the same about the donuts because I specifically asked for a variety of donuts, you’d think that’ll mean 12 donuts so two of each flavor and I asked for a pumpkin spice donut and I didn’t even get that donut nor a variety. It was like 4/5 of the same bland donut and 1 of all the good flavors. Extremely disappointed and I didn’t realize until I walked all the way home, I take accountability for not checking beforehand but still very unfortunate.

I went there at around 6pm placed and order, and canceled it because it took too long. I woman cashier told me under no circumstances was i getting my money back and and forcibly with profanities and a lot threats tried to force the canceled order on me. I told all I wanted was my cash back, to which she replied that she would call the police. I was denied my money and food was never taken. So basically I was robbed at dunk donuts by a white female who called me all kinds of names and threatened my life. Please don’t go here! They are always rude and always hostile .

No one knew who was doing what job. Placed my order early and wasn’t ready. They were out of pumpkin slice. I used my points for a free bakery. Asked for a blueberry muffin instead and asked for butter. I didn’t walk in with my debit card as I was just picking up. They said they have to charge me for butter. I dont get charged on the app when I use my points for bakery. So now I’m on my way to work without butter for my breakfast. Which they didn’t even warm up my muffin. Just tossed in a bag. Highly disappointed as a new customer to this location.

Cost $4.50 for a bagel with cream cheese… same food, same company different location same city $3.19… service reasonable…otherwise would give it a 1 star…. Kind and remembered napkin!!!

Trying to understand why the Cleveland Lee Road location prices are higher than North Randall Oakwood and Garfield. Medium iced coffee is now $4.50 on Lee Road and under $3.50 at all the outside of Cleveland locations

Originally this was a great Dunkin BUT too many passes too many time, and it’s always the guy I’m the picture that’s extremely rude at times…there’s also another guy who snapped one because I elevated my voice after they asked me to repeat order because they couldn’t hear me for the 10th time….he said repeat and speak up and when I did a man who usually passes out orders named REEL said you can leave and take your business elsewhere we don’t have to service you, I said I’m not sure what’s going on in there but you JUST asked me to repeat and speak up…anywho I’m over their bad customer service, I’ll be going to Cleveland heights or north Randall from this moment on.
