The politeness, the effective communication, the quick responses for each customer, it was like watching a well maintained engine work. The best experience of professionalism. The manager and his team did make things right! Bottom line- order anything but thin crust pizza ! So, we got stuffed cheesy bread and it was great. Will order it again very soon. The woman at the front counter was very nice and so was the manager.

Lettuce in my chicken Caesar salad was beyond brown. Seems like they would notice that, and not serve it to guests. Plus, the options to report an issue online are not great. I got options of “20% off order or a free 2 topping pizza” which are options you can get when placing every single order. The codes/verifications/questions and then ongoing email chain when trying to submit an issue are ridiculous. Just replace my salad. It’s that easy.

I went through this Domino’s twice and they’ve charged my card multiple times both times now there’s six pending charges in my account and they say there’s nothing they can do about it I cannot access my money because they charged my card six different times pizza was great but the service really sucks they didn’t even offer anything for all the inconveniences that we’ve been through and it’s very frustrating when you spend so much money at an establishment and then get charged six extra times and their response is always there’s nothing we can do about it it should have already went back into your account well clearly it hasn’t like I said this is our second time this has happened to us so we will not be coming back to this establishment for service again

Edit: I dropped my rating 2 stars because on top of my pizza missing an ingredient, my breadbowl didn’t come with any. Just pasta and sauce. Even though I had ordered it with 3 other ingredients. Never ran into a problem like this before with them. I don’t know how so many mistakes could have been made when they go through a quality person. I think I might just take a break from them for awhile. This was pretty bad… I didn’t want to call back with another complaint.
Always hot and fresh when it arrives through delivery. The delivery people are always very friendly, kind, and respectful. I had one pizza (out of MANY orders I’ve made in the past) that was missing an ingredient, but the store made it right. It was a non-confrontational process and the manager was very kind.
