Fast, delicious, convenient. Had a chicken Philly and fries with strawberry lemonade. I’ve had Charley’s a few times previously and this one is the best one I’ve eaten. I like that the bread was toasted. The provolone in my opinion is the best cheese to have on your Philly.

They don’t ask you what you want on your Philly so if you don’t tell them it will be fully dressed. This was new for me because I am used to going on base where they cook it in front of you and you tell them what you want on it as they go. So, I was a little disappointed to have everything on mine when I got it. The wings are better than most in the area. The buffalo is just hot sauce but the lemon pepper is okay and the wings are fried.

Earlier this morning my best friend died right in front of me, traumatized, dazed, and confused, I managed to pull myself together and decided to go to Walmart to have some pictures of us printed out. While I was waiting for them to print, I figured I’d get a bite to eat.
When I approached the counter, a young female with BOTH earbuds in angrily glared at me and slowly walked up to the counter with a BIG attitude. She would barely even look at me. After about 45 seconds of silence I asked her,
“you’re really not going to say anything?”
And she visibly got upset and shook her head. I said,
“if you’re job sucks that bad you should get another one.”
And walked away.
I’ll never return.
Thanks for making one of the darkest days of my life a little bit darker.

I am new to the area and let me just say… I am assuming the owners of this fine establishment are very nice people. They are always moving around and making sure their customers are ok. Their food is some of the best food I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area or not sure what to get, just get the Philly cheese steak. Thanks for the great food and service!!

The girl working the register really needs some training to help her cope with orders. Very easily stressed out with very simple orders. I’ve never seen somebody so stressed when ordering food in my life. All I wanted was to add Cajun seasoning to my original fries for feee……

So before I get started, let me reiterate that I’m not the type to write a negative review…however, we had the weirdest experience at this place, and I need someone else to validate that my boyfriend and I aren’t crazy. We were both in the mood for a vanilla ice cream cone while we did our shopping, and this was definitely not the first time we had ordered one and walked the store. So yesterday, like all of those times before, I approached the counter and waited for an employee to take my order. There was a younger female employee who looked like she was tidying things up on the far end of the counter, but I figured she’d just take my order when she was finished. This went on for a while, but my brain was fixated on The ice cream cone, so I continued to wait patiently. This ended up going on for SO long, then I started to wonder if she didn’t realize I was standing there, or would only take my order if I walked up to a different register. Eventually we made eye contact, and she continue to rifle around with things on the counter. At that point, I figured this girl must be in training, and maybe one of the people standing a little further back would come over and take my order instead. This did not happen. I ended up making eye contact with two male employees, who were standing around and not really doing anything besides talking to each other. Both employees stopped talking momentarily, proceeded to stare at me, but stayed right where they were at and continued to stare. At this point, I’ve been standing at the counter by myself for at least five minutes. I began to question myself and whether I had been misled all these years – was I supposed to ring a bell? Do an interpretive dance? Drop to my knees and beg and plead for one of the three available employees to accept my measly $2 plus tax in exchange for two soft serve cones? The awkwardness was damn near unbearable, but I wasn’t about to leave without our cones. I kept signaling to my boyfriend to please save me from this eternal pit of awkward agony, but he would only give me the “WTH” eyes while laughing about how much pain I was willing to endure to get this ice cream. Eventually he had enough, walked directly in front of the girl and said I would like to order two ice cream cones. I fully believe I would have stood at that counter for a half hour were it not for my boyfriend’s bravery. I’m still gonna order cones here, but I might have to hit the liquor store first to prepare to once again endure the most painful and awkward ordering experience of my adult life. Giving two stars because the ice cream cones were delightful
