This is the worst Starbucks location in St. Louis. This is the second Saturday in a row that the store has not opened at its posted time. I was in the drive-thru at 6:00 a.m., and the store was closed. I returned at 7:00 a.m., and the employee in the drive-thru informed me they would not be opening until 7:30 a.m.
It is extremely frustrating to plan your morning around posted business hours, only to find the store closed without notice. Customers rely on consistency, especially for early morning service.
I will be contacting the Regional Manager regarding this ongoing issue.

I visited the Ferguson store this morning for coffee as I usually do because I work across the street. Unfortunately the store was closed at 6:00 am. Weirdly it was also closed last Saturday morning as well. Terrible.

I loved going to this Starbucks until today when I found a bug in my drink, ordered a trenta and got all the way to work after drinking some of it and discovered a gnat in my iced coffee. Very disappointed, I immediately tossed it out. I Will no longer go to this location

I made my mobile order 10 minutes in advance and came well after it should be ready and the lobby is closed because they’re short staffed and I go into the drive-through line and said a mobile order and my name and they said OK pull around and then I asked if I still had to wait in line and they said no just pull around so I pulled around and they told me to get back in line but more cars has gotten in line since I pulled around so that was a waste of $13 and 15 minutes of my life Because I literally did what I was told to do and now I have to wait in the line all over again when my order is literally sitting right there just handed it to me???

Strangest, visit ever! The barista watched me walk in, looked me in my face and continued to make a drink and gingerly took a sip. In standard Millennial fashion, she asked what she could get me. Ordered my usual…room for cream and a lemon cake.
She said, ‘oh, you have your own cream at home?’
‘You all have cream over there I can use, right?’
She poured my usual, handed it to me and walked away.
‘Can I get the cake?’ I said. Irritated, she handed it over.
I get to the cream station…no cream. NONE!!!
I asked for cream
Another young lady asked, ‘oat milk?’
‘Cream’ I said
She poured some in a cup and asked for any leftovers back…
