The food was amazing but the customer service was terrible. I went during my lunch break to the drive through, after I handed her my bank card she rang my food up on a different machine and proceeded to assist another customer with my bank card in her hand out in the open. I didn’t mind she was assisting someone else maybe she was busy but holding my card up for the world to see didn’t sit right with me. I then asked for my receipt and she made an excuse as to why she couldn’t provide it. I then told her can you print it on a different machine since the one wasn’t working. I have never gotten food through the drive through without be given a receipt. Her attitude about the whole situation made things worse. I try to give places chances but if the atmosphere isn’t inviting I will not be returning.

I went through the drive thru and the nicest, most polite, professional young gentleman named Jorge took my order. He was so delightful and friendly! I was greatly impressed!! Usually they take the order and pass it to you and that is it! No smile or anything! This guy talked and seemed to really enjoy his job. I am sure he does not get enough money for his job!!! It was so nice to encounter this young man. He will go places with his attitude!!! Keep it up!!!!

Placed an online pickup order at 852 pm got there at 905pm amd didnt receive my order until 939pm. While waiting a few door dashers came in, another person came in ordered and received food. When I asked again about my order they then realized they handed it out the window to someone else. I ordered 12 Cinnabon delights only received 5 and all our food was cold. Very disappointed

I will start off saying… This is Taco Bell
I have been going to Taco Bell for decades and the one thing I have always known is that to eat cheap at the bell you need to stick to the basics.
That said we got 5 tacos, a chili cheese burrito and (big splurge) a mango freeze.
I had a tomato from my tomato plant so I added tomato to my tacos: – just didn’t want to confuse anyone with the pictures. I also transformed my mango freeze into an adult beverage adding vodka, this would also pair well with tequila.
The tacos were crisp and a little soggy at the bottom, but all had an adequate amount of meet and cheese and lettuce. The burrito was tasty.
It is Taco Bell: even back in the day aka the 1980’s they had cheap tacos and with the cost of inflation today, they are still cheap crunchy tacos. It’s the same bell as I remember. Fun to make a bell run every now and then.
I do want to say the lady in the drive was super nice and friendly and as always we got more than enough sauces.

Waited 1hr for a DoorDash order (I’m the driver) and saw the 10 other customers waiting in the lobby to get their food, and almost every one of them that I saw get their food had to come back because the workers forgot half of the stuff they ordered. I saw this happen like 7 times while I waited for my delivery that I had to take out.

I wish you could give negative stars! This is DEFINITELY the SLOWEST fast food restaurant I’ve EVER been to & I deliver for Door Dash & Uber Eats so I’ve been to plenty! Not only are they slow, every employee I’ve come into contact with is EXTREMELY RUDE! I’ve given them chance after chance, but tonight I decided I will no longer accept orders from this Taco Bell ever again! I got a high paying order so I took a chance once again, but after waiting in their line for almost an hour…. I’m done! The worst part is, once you’re in line, you can’t get out of it, you’re trapped! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!
