We ordered just before midnight when we arrived at our apartment and the service was quick. We were happy to be able to eat this late. As for my order: the vegetarian burrito was pretty good, the veggie bowl was just okay… but the cinnamon twists were a big miss. They honestly tasted like cinnamon-flavored puffed plastic. Definitely not ordering those again. My friends were happy with what they ordered (non vegetarian).
This fast-food restaurant does the job if you want something quick and simple.

Please tell your employees to stay off their phones where customers can see them especially if there is a line of ppl waiting to place or get order. Monday night 1-12-26 your drive thru employee cared more about her cell than her customers. She wasn’t friendly when handing the order. Didn’t get ppl their drinks like she was suppose to while waiting for their food. Customers walked out tired of waiting when I walked in. I ordered a cheesy beefy burrito at the drive thru and she was very unfriendly, order was completely wrong. She was on her phone leaning over her monitor while waiting for food instead of seeing what the 2-3 ppl at the counter needed who’ve been waiting longer than I did to return my food and I had to speak up to make myself known after waiting more than 5 mins. I told her she should stay off her phone and maybe the orders would be right. He response, she doesnt make the food, but shes putting orders incorrectly not helping either. It’s one thing to be busy which they were not. It’s another to be on your phone when there are customers waiting to be helped. Very unprofessional and unsafe. What if someone has an allergy and that’s why they just wanted meat cheese and chips in the burrito. Smh disappointed. The bigger lady making food made it right and went above and beyond asking questions to make sure my order was right. She was understanding, patient and accommodating. Need more ppl like her. Quality over quantity

Service was friendly and fast but food was not fresh.. this place has gone down. I went around 1pm food should have been fresh and hot. Very disappointing when you paying 10 bucks for a crunch wrap and was nothing crunchy about it.. I was pissed! There wes no wait abd my food was still stale and moist.

Horrible location. They only have had Mountain Dew and diet sodas available for the last 7 months. How has this issue not been resolved. If I want a Pepsi with my meal, I have to drive 3 miles away to another taco bell on 4th St. Ridiculous. Employees are bad too but I don’t blame them. Do better Taco Bell, pay your people more and fix your restaurant.

Went to the drive thru ordered several items including a crispy chicken cantina taco. Confirmed verbally and on receipt as the person who asked for that does not eat beef. Drove 15 minutes home to find an additional soft taco with beef, no crispy chicken cantina and an error message when I tried to ask through the app 🙁

From a decades old loyal customer. Please bring back the cashiers for dine in customers. Please!

I just want to order and enjoy my food on site. Now I have to learn your menu, learn to use the POS equipment, figure out what I can’t understand (or simply submit myself to the decisions imposed by the machine), and not even have the option for a paper receipt.

The fact might be that you are no longer interested in the orlder segment of your market demographic.

Eating at your restaurants used to be an enjoyable experience with affordable quality food.

The priority seems to be the Mobile and Delivery customers first, and then drive-thru. Lowest priority seems to be the dine in customers.
