We use to love this D-Q on 9 mile in Eastpointe What happened? Their chocolate cone’s taste they like they just took vanilla ice cream and dumped a bunch of hershey’s syrup in it and didn’t mix it very well! So we tried the D-Q in Saint Clair Shores , same order. The taste AMAZING way better. The D-Q on 9 mile, maybe new owners and they are looking to cut cost

October 21 at 8pm I bought 3 chicken tender boxes for $31. And all the boxes had dried up chicken balls and barely any fires in them. I called to talk to a manager or supervisor they told me there’s not one and there won’t be one until Monday. Called corporate and they apologized but there was nothing they could do because it’s owed by different people. They sent the information out. It’s been two weeks and I wasted $31 bucks on this location. I usually go to the one on gratiot but this one was close to my house. I’ll never come here again.

I asked for a turtle pecan blizzard the 1st one was soupy sent it back only for the 2nd one to look like she scooped off the top portion because it was the same cup used. And it wasn’t remade.

If i could rate it one star i would i got the lunch special for $5 i barely had any fries and 3 very tiny chicken tenders. Then i go to eat my hot fudge Sunday and half Down i discoverer what seems to be a hair not sure if it was from the hot fudge or ice cream or cup itself either way I’m grossed out won’t be eating at Dairy Queen again. Also called to speak with one of the ladies and the phone just rings and then has a horrible screeching tone tried calling 4 times. Don’t eat here!!!!!

Better to order on DoorDash and pick it up if you’re ordering food. Food took over 30mins to receive. After 30 minutes the order was wrong we just took the loss and left. Did not feel like waiting another half hour for it to be corrected.

I have always been a huge fan of dairy Queen I’ve been going there ever since I can remember. I specifically like this location a lot because it used to be really close to where I went to high school at and we’re all my friends when I was in high school live by so we used to go there all the time. Obviously they’re ice cream is delicious but one thing I actually really really like there is their hot food I think it’s just absolutely delicious. You wouldn’t think that an ice cream place would have outstanding food but I think it’s one of the best fast food places around. My favorite thing for sure is a burger and fries nice and simple.

The reason for the low rating my new york cheesecake shake ache should have been more firm cause I go to the other dairy queens , and they turned it upside down and you couldn’t do that with that , my strawberries would have fell out
