The person who brought my food clearly went out of his way to anticipate what I might need with my order. I got a gluten-free bun, which was actually pretty good! We were checked on by two professionals that I believe were managers or owners and everyone really was very kind and friendly to the point that I felt I needed to write a positive review. All of the employees seem to be happy to be there. Thanks for a nice experience!

best culver’s experience. my schools showchoir came in 30 minutes before close (i’m sorry we were those people) and the workers were SUPER helpful and friendly, they helped us and got us in and out as fast as possible. i will definitely come back and if i could’ve tipped you all, i would but i didn’t think they accepted them! thank you guys for helping us and not being annoyed with us despite our timing… they helped and got all like 40 of us done within 20 minutes.

This is a praised review of my hometown of Plymouth, IN.

We just visited a Culver’s in Kokomo, IN on our trip south. I was mortified at how they treated us. The meal took almost 25 minutes to make, it was wrong, and they smothered one burger with so much mustard (which was not ordered) and mayo on the sandwich it slid off.
When we were obviously irritated by the lateness and then the sandwich, we got a response from the manager under his breath “we make the food fresh”.
After 44 min to eat a burger and 40$ later all I wanted to do was eat at my hometown Culver’s.
Plymouth, your team is fantastic. When even the slightest mistake is made… and we don’t have a word to say…. It’s already taken care of. By a “sorry”, “we’re running behind” or “here’s a free ice cream”.
We wish all Culver’s were run the same.

Interacted with at least 5 people and all were extremely nice and friendly! Food was perfect. Chicken tenders and Butter Burger and now concrete mixers are solid and perfect! Inside very nice! overall great! Cody is a great manager, cashier, and hospitable!

I go to Culver’s for their cheesy broccoli soup. I Love it. Today, not so good. It was so watered down, that it was a huge disappointment. I hope this is not their new norm. Other then this, we have never had a bad experience there.

I witnessed very troubling behavior by managers at the Culver’s in Plymouth, IN. On multiple occasions!! I observed managers (named Brian and Chrish) who appear to have a pattern of unprofessional conduct, including disrespectful treatment of the employee(s) and inappropriate comments that i can only assume create a very uncomfortable environment for both me (the customer) and the employees. I also heard one manager (Chrish) repeatedly use derogatory language aimed at a team member (targeting them for their sexual orientation) and heard him make a verbal threat (Joking or serious??)saying he would “kill people.” I saw another manager (Brian) angrily berate an employee for asking when she could go home. She was just a little elderly lady,she looked tired. Upper management appeared to laugh off or ignore these incidents. This behavior is unacceptable and creates an unsafe environment for employees and customers.
It’s especially troubling to see this kind of behavior overlooked by upper management. From what I’ve seen, and heard around town there are clear “favorites,”. I truly hope the ownership or corporate office takes a closer look at the management culture, because the team members and customers deserve better. My favs are the only reason I keep coming back! Shout out Paula for being a kind soul and dealing with people like that!
