UPDATE: placed my order early today and it came pretty quick too! I’ve ordered at this Wingstop so many times and I always order my wings and fries well done! So far I’ve never had an order come the way I’ve ordered it. Iy think it’s time for a new Wingstop! I’ve had delivery, I picked up orders
Love their wings! Can’t really get mad at them because they’re always so busy! I ordered on a Friday night and it took about 35 minutes but I’m okay with that 🙂 posted some pictures! Food is still good, just wish I would get well done instead of undercooked fries and well done ways! Check out the pics you can see for yourself LOL. I did call and got put on hold and lol you know the rest.

I don’t eat here very often, I think the food is just average and I really just order when I want something different. I got the garlic and parmasion chicken strips and regular flavored. They tasted okay they were hot and fresh, they were just average. I will mostly go back, but not any soon.

I come often and the service is always awful, however this time I ordered 15 tenders and 8 or those were raw, after I called and told them that the manager then tried to sheist me out of my 8 tenders (which were all raw) and I have a photo to show everyone.
Update: I took it back and the manager stole 3 or my tenders. Will be the Last time a regular comes to this location, terrible service and atmosphere, and sadly now the food too. 0/10 go to any other wingstop but this one.

Ordered delivery from here and our whole order was wrong. I called the store and told them the problem and asked them to resend the food, but they said they could not unless they saw what was wrong with it so we had to come back in. I told her the whole purpose of us getting delivery was so that we didn’t have to go to the store and she said there was nothing she could do for us then. We ended up going back to get the correct food and was not offered any money back for the trouble or the delivery fee.

First time trying this place out, it’s was fast and very tasty. We had wings both ways boneless and boneless in. Great sauce and seasoned fries as well. We will surely add this to our rotation! Good job goes out to the staff as thet were very busy. Placed the order online and it was ready at the time I choose for pick up!

Best Wingstop in Gainesville. My food is always fresh and hot. They are human so of course I’ve had them forget a sauce here and there but that doesn’t take away from the wings. Stopped by today and they even rectified an issue I previously had with no hesitation. Thank you to Evelyn and her trainee.
