This location has really gone downhill! The employees – especially the women with the partial shave and pony tails, dark hair – are just so rude. I remember the employees used to be cool and sweet. The only nice employee was the man, light hair, who rung out my order at the end. No greeting from the women, slow as molasses, no personality, no eye contact while taking my order, no thank you. There were 4 people working, only one person in front of me, and it took probably 10 minutes before they asked for my order. They were just…stale. “White or brown, black or pinto, protein?” And when I’d answer, they were expressionless and seemed inconvenienced. I asked for guac on the side and she filled a 2oz container *maybe* half way, I asked for more and she said, “you can pay for a 4oz container.” They asked me 3x what my order was when I went to pay. THEN they asked for a tip and I literally laughed out loud. It’s really too bad, this location used to be a regular for us. I think we will head to Chipotle from now on.

This is my absolute favorite Qdoba to visit. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful (special shout out to Maddie!). Portions are exactly as I ask them to be and the service is super quick. What more can you ask for? I’ve lived in this area for seven years and have eaten at this Qdoba countless times and never had a bad experience!

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food to be delivered to my work. Food was of course never delivered. The app told us to contact the location and get it handled, well of course they aren’t picking up. (Called them 7 times) This location apparently has their phones turned off. So we lost 50 dollars and have no food. We’ve had multiple problems with this location, missing items, wrong items, etc. This is the closest Qdoba to us, so now we won’t be ordering Qdoba for a very long time. I do not recommend going to this location. I currently cannot find a number for corporate, so I am putting in a ticket. Hopefully I get my 50 bucks back. Let’s hope

Walked in and was immediately overwhelmed by an employee yelling (Loud and rude) to all of the waiting pick up orders. Letting them know it would be 30 minutes. She told them to CANCEL their orders and go somewhere else. We stood in line to order, I was with my young daughter, son and husband. The atmosphere was stale and harsh. The employees looked scared of the yeller. They looked like they were all under her spell. I ordered a bowl, the black beans were scraped off the bottom of the container (yuck), got the last half a scoop of cheese, they were out of guac. Mid order they yelled they were out of chips for the night. This was 6:30 on a Saturday! Mt kids wanted chips so we decided to leave, we let them know and the same rude employee that was yelling on the way in, was yelling on the way out, “go up the road to chipotle” again, the other employees looked scared. The yeller can be described as a lady with dark hair, shaved everywhere but a little pony and with a big attitude.

I have officially after a long time of being a qdoba eater, prefer their competitor. Ive found that this decision is based off of the lack of consistency of this location(closest to home). Rice is the main and therefore biggest item on their menu I would prefer to be cooked correctly and not be dry or hard when I go to eat. Love their other cold side ingredients and hot side, hit or miss. Sometimes the steak is fresh and same could be said for their other protein options. Staff is so so; I sense a lack of care and proper training as they also seem to be frequently circulating new staff. I just want to say, I will continue to pay more for similar food because whether Im coming in at 3pm, 5pm, or 9pm, my food is always as expected from Chipotle as is the customer experience. If only Managers care enough at Qdoba

Tried to go in to order some food at 6 pm when the store doesn’t close till 8 pm, and was met with 2 ladies rolling their eyes at me. Then I was told “we won’t get to you for 40 minutes” when all of the food was available and they weren’t doing anything but sitting around. One of the ladies working was watching a movie instead of cleaning the grills. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any food place. Would not recommend this place to anyone, especially when those 2 ladies are working. One of the worst put together restaurant I’ve ever seen and this place should be ashamed of itself.

DO NOT waste your time ordering here. It has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Our orders are never right or even warm anymore. They also want to be stingy on chips. Multiple people waiting on online orders and we were all told that it would be another 40 minutes for white rice as they continued to help everyone in line that ordered after us. We keep trying to give them another chance but it’s not getting any better.

I visited this Qudoba on a Saturday evening around 7.15 PM, and while I usually enjoy their food, this visit was disappointing. We had to wait 20 minutes for a crispy taco shell to be prepared, which felt excessive, especially during peak dinner hours. To make matters worse, they had run out of vegetables, which was surprising given that they still had two hours until closing at 9:30 PM.
The food, once we received it, was tasty and fresh as always, but the lack of basic ingredients and the long wait time really took away from the experience. For a restaurant that closes at 9:30 PM, it’s concerning that they’d run out of essentials like veggies and taco shells so early in the evening.
QDOBA could benefit from improving their inventory management and ensuring that popular items are available, especially during busy times. While the food quality is great, the service and availability definitely need improvement.

I give it a zero if I could. I waited 15 minutes for an online order that I had placed, just to be ignored by the staff and told that they make online orders basically whenever they feel like it. So in other words there’s nothing to be gained ordering it online

I placed an order online and when I got my food, it was half full. Anytime I come in and order in person, I get a normal portion, but when I order online, it is always half full like they use half the scoop. We’re paying the same amount and we should be getting the same amount of food.
And also, once I started to eat the food, there was no chicken or lettuce. I paid extra for chicken and I didn’t even get it. This is crazy.
