This joint is CLEAN. In my mind I’m just thinking slaughterhouse, meat and sauce. But it was immaculate. They had their meats on display so you know it’s real.
Ordered Pulled Pork Sandwiches, add Pickle & Onion With Hot Sauce. There were three gentleman working this night, two breaking the restaurant down and one manning the counter. All three were busy, one continued his work, another stopped what he was doing and headed to the counter and the gentleman at the counter greeted me as I walked up. Idk if he was the owner or manager but he reminded me of Sam Elliott, gruff but stern, yet still pleasant.
They were literally bagging it up as I was coming in, so the food was fresh and on time.
Perfect sandwich execution, meat was tender. bread buttery and crisp. These sandwiches don’t showboat, they’re not overly topped, making for the right bite every time. Perfect amount of meat. It practically melts as you devour it. I drenched mine in the sauce and it was gone too soon, leaving my hands sauced and smelling like a delicious meat pit. Excellent price for what I received, just don’t forget to grab napkins. Would definitely recommend a dine in experience, the atmosphere is amazing. Staff was courteous even though it was nearing closing time, which says a lot.

Dickey’s was good tonight. The meats, sides and sauces were satisfying. I tried brisket and smoked chicken. The mustard potato salad was good–big potato pieces and a good dressing/sauce ratio.

I do full reviews and I didn’t wanna say anything, but they gave me the worst food they had. My brisket was extremely dry. I would not send my dog to this place and when I called him, he never spoke of replacing anything he just said sorry if there was a way, I could give them no stars I would they’re not supposed to serve anybody food like this, I wish I could speak to the owner of the restaurant I spent over $50 there and this is wrong. I had the pulled pork sliders with spicy sauce…..it was amazing. The bun was soft and toasted with crispy edges…the pork was flavorful and not at all dry. The spicy sauce gave it a little something extra. The sweet tea was actually sweet tea and not a mix so hats off!

Made an order online. Online it says they’re open. When we go to pick up the food they’re closed?? No warning or anything. Really disappointed. Nothing on their FB about it.. absolutely just a negative experience.

Loved the food here! First time coming and we will be back. Prices are very reasonable for bbq. We spent about $35 for 2 people, that included 2 sides each and about 5 bones a piece (not bad). The portion sizes are bigger than expected I couldn’t eat it All. The ribs were very tender falling off the bone! Very flavorful, one of the best bbq places I’ve tried in Michigan. The location is very clean and the décor is beautiful. The staff was professional and friendly. There is a sign on the door that mask are required and all staff had on mask. They provide pick up and delivery options i believe dine in was available. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good hearty food.

Went in and had a pleasant lunch food sauces and service was great. But after leaving was thinking why my bill was so much,looking at it I discovered what was basically a 20 percent tip and something called a renew/recycle program. Was looking at register when paying for a tip jar and now know why there wasn’t one. Live and learn great food but probably won’t be back.
