Ordered from Uber eats and the munchie box had regular fries and curly fries and no tacos and the burger had requested specifications and every request was denied and I got regular fries and not the curly fries that I ordered. And the drinks are both wrong.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken was hard as a rock! Called and spoke to Tracy and she swore she made everything fresh, im sure she would complain if she ever received food that disgusting. Also my Stuffed Jalapeños were definitely not stuffed! No jalapeno or cheese. Was told to bring my receipt so they can replace my food but they did NOT put my receipt in the bag! Ridiculous, I understand why they have bad reviews.

The service at this location has really improved over the past 2 years but the inside needs some updating and repairs. Please get rid of the Coca Cola Freestyle machine!! None of the drinks that come out of it are good. The food I ordered was decent but this is definitely not my 1st fast food restaurant I would go to.

Literally a waste of money. Ordered a salad and it was so disgusting, the chicken didn’t even look cooked and it was cold. The lettuces tasted very tart, like the very middle of the head of iceberg…the portion you normally throw away. The cucumbers didn’t look fresh they were turning transparent around the outer sides, it had a frozen look.

Ordered as pick up, but ate inside. App does not let you order as a dine-in. Need to be able to, in my opinion.
Food and shakes were good, though my wife’s sour patch shake was not very sour like she was expecting it to be.
The servers did not make our shakes until we got there. I thought that was great, so it didn’t give the shakes time to melt in case we were slow getting there.

Its usually clean…the people are friendly and if your order is wrong they will correct it with no attitude. Only issues so far is the hash browns are too greasy. hope your experience is just as good as mine has been…
