This store is located inside the food court of Vineland premium outlets. We came here in the evening. The store looked very clean and organized. There were dine-in tables available both inside and in front of the store. They had all the popular Shake Shack items available in the menu. Ketchup, water station and all other condiments were at the counter.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. The service was quick. It took them only a couple of minutes to prepare the order and hand it over. The sandwich and the fries both tasted fine. But the chicken sandwich seemed so basic, a piece of cheese was just thrown on top of the chicken. The bread wasn’t grilled either. It was somewhat underwhelming quality than the chicken sandwiches I had in other SS stores.

I stopped by Shake Shack while shopping at the outlet mall and it was the perfect break from walking around the stores. It’s located right in the food court area at 8200 Vineland Ave, so it’s super convenient when you need a quick bite during a shopping trip.

The burgers were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients. The fries were crispy and the shakes are definitely worth trying if you want something sweet after your meal.

What I like most is how easy it is to grab good food without leaving the mall. After hours of shopping at the outlets, it’s a great spot to sit down, relax, and recharge before heading back out.

Overall, great food, fast service, and a perfect stop while shopping at the Premium Outlets in Orlando. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m there.

Delicious hamburgers, but the food court is overwhelming and too noisy to really enjoy the meal or take a break from shopping.
Also a bit more expensive than the average fast food burger, as you have to buy the fries and the soda separately.

Shake Shack is located in the corner of the Orlando shopping center. There are four or so ordering kiosks in the front that can be a bit crowded together initially. And then it opens up into a small dining area that could comfortably seat a few smaller parties. We opted to sit in the main dining area of the food court. When the food is ready, you’ll get a text and you can pick it up. There’s barely any interaction with service members.

The food was cooked to order and super hot! For two people it was about $30 which is on par with competors. Not bad for an outlet food court pick.

The best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Love how you can order a shake with your meal and build your own burger. The burger patty, brioche bun and toppings are of quality and everything goes so well together. I enjoy burgers when you don’t taste its individual toppings but rather get a punch of flavour. I’ll definitely be back before we leave Orlando.

For what you pay food was rubbish. Tiny baby hotdog with nothing on it but cheese that was added for $1 because otherwise it be plain. Tiny mini cheeseburger that was pissing grease. Milkshakes were bland as hell. Paid the guts of 40 dollars for baby food and then we sat down to be thrown outside because they were closing. If you’re going to provide a service, take our money at least let us sit and eat our food. AVOID

First time to a Shake Shack also last.
This one is in the food court of an outlet mall. Nothing wrong with this particular one but better and cheaper options out there. I would say a step above McD’s with 5 Guys prices… I wasn’t a fan of the food.
The kids that helped us was excellent, friendly and helpful.
Was over charged by like 2.50 for a shake (which was also subpar) but didn’t notice till after we left.

Just an average experience at the Shake Shack. We’ve been to several all over the country and this one didn’t live up to expectations.

We did like the ordering kiosks/stations where you can select your food and customize it, pay for it, and enter your phone number for a text when the order is ready. Super convenient.

The seating area was really dirty. The few open tables were all covered with grease and crumbs from previous diners. We had to get a stack of napkins and wet them down and scrub the table. To be fair we did see an employee later wiping tables down, but it was well into our meal. The table as dirty enough that when I stood up and brushed against the side to go get napkins it left a large stain on my shirts from the unknown substance on the table (burger pieces/grease). Frustrating.

The burger was good. Good flavor, good temperature. The chicken was very dry for some reason. I’m not sure if it had been cooked earlier or had been under the heat lamp.

The cheese fries were average and so were the bacon cheese fries. The cookies and cream shake was pretty decent, although be prepared to pay extra for whip cream. Weird.

Employees who interacted with us were nice. Not the Shake Shack experience we are used to.
