I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. The service was quick. It took them only a couple of minutes to prepare the order and hand it over. The sandwich and the fries both tasted fine. But the chicken sandwich seemed so basic, a piece of cheese was just thrown on top of the chicken. The bread wasn’t grilled either. It was somewhat underwhelming quality than the chicken sandwiches I had in other SS stores.
The burgers were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients. The fries were crispy and the shakes are definitely worth trying if you want something sweet after your meal.
What I like most is how easy it is to grab good food without leaving the mall. After hours of shopping at the outlets, it’s a great spot to sit down, relax, and recharge before heading back out.
Overall, great food, fast service, and a perfect stop while shopping at the Premium Outlets in Orlando. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m there.
Also a bit more expensive than the average fast food burger, as you have to buy the fries and the soda separately.
The food was cooked to order and super hot! For two people it was about $30 which is on par with competors. Not bad for an outlet food court pick.
Recommended.
Staff is courteous and friendly!
We’ll be back when we’re in town!
This one is in the food court of an outlet mall. Nothing wrong with this particular one but better and cheaper options out there. I would say a step above McD’s with 5 Guys prices… I wasn’t a fan of the food.
The kids that helped us was excellent, friendly and helpful.
Was over charged by like 2.50 for a shake (which was also subpar) but didn’t notice till after we left.
We did like the ordering kiosks/stations where you can select your food and customize it, pay for it, and enter your phone number for a text when the order is ready. Super convenient.
The seating area was really dirty. The few open tables were all covered with grease and crumbs from previous diners. We had to get a stack of napkins and wet them down and scrub the table. To be fair we did see an employee later wiping tables down, but it was well into our meal. The table as dirty enough that when I stood up and brushed against the side to go get napkins it left a large stain on my shirts from the unknown substance on the table (burger pieces/grease). Frustrating.
The burger was good. Good flavor, good temperature. The chicken was very dry for some reason. I’m not sure if it had been cooked earlier or had been under the heat lamp.
The cheese fries were average and so were the bacon cheese fries. The cookies and cream shake was pretty decent, although be prepared to pay extra for whip cream. Weird.
Employees who interacted with us were nice. Not the Shake Shack experience we are used to.
