The food on this day was okay. Not what I remembered. May have been an off day. I had the sesame chicken lunch special. Lots of sweet sauce. Crispy. Soup was good. No wontons. No veggies at all. Price was $13. The service is top notch!

I’ve been craving Chinese food for a few days, and finding a place that actually has decent food is hard. Decided to stop in and give it a try. They have a Saturday lunch menu which is pretty awesome. Didn’t go in with high expectations of the food just incase it was bad so I wasn’t let down. It was actually really good. Having 1 person who’s completely picky and 5 yr old who still trying new foods, they cleared their plates. I’d definitely recommend this place food was good the service was good.

9/17/25 – We ordered beef fried rice
1. It had no egg
2. It had no veggies
3. Asked for hot oil and they brought back some mess they made that was like salsa with a lot of vinegar in it.
4 STARS PREVIOUS VISIT: Good food but does not use the long rice as others do. Reasonable prices as well. Friendly staff.

I wasn’t expecting much based on the outside appearance of the building, but the food here was phenomenal. We had the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice with a side of lo mein and it was all so good. If youre craving good Chinese food, don’t be afraid to try Ho Lo Ma

The fried rice is the only thing keeping it from having higher stars. They use to have great fried rice. I do not if they changed the recipe or the cook or make rice way in advance. Close up it does not look like fried rice and dry and over cook and it is warm and not hot.

1st time trying there food we got it to go.People were nice to us Fast service. The food was NOT good. I got the sesame chicken half noodles half rice it’s cost so much for small portions only 3 pieces had sesame seeds on top and meat was hard NO FLAVOR! Noodles got hard 2. It cost $16 NOT WORTH IT!

We stopped in for lunch and immediately, the egg drop soup stole my heart. We ordered the combination plates and the food was super delicious. Our server was super polite and provided good customer service. We’re from out of town and will most definitely come back.

Solid choice for standard Chinese food!
This was our last night in Albuquerque and the girls wanted Chinese so we wound up here. They had indoor dining, served wine and didn’t close at 7:00 like many restaurants around them so I was hoping the food would be good as well.
The food was decent – flavorful with a lot of variety and a good value for the money. The bonus was our server who was super nice and funny to boot.

Dinner visit. Attentive staff. Egg rolls were good, with outer wrapper crunchy, but not too thick and greasy. Squid with vegetables and another dish with fried wontons were tasty and very similar except for their proteins. Abundant portions for a second, take-home meal. Happy to return, especially if i can try some lunch specials.

Our first time to try this restaurant and it was sadly disappointing. The meat looked and tasted strange. The orange chicken was small chunks with too much orange that overwhelmed the dish. The fried rice had no taste. The sweet and sour pork was gelled and cold. The service was prompt and friendly but couldn’t make up for the quality of the food.
