The people are always super nice but my pumpkin spice lattes never taste like pumpkin spice lattes and they always claim they make it the way they’re told, the color is always super light, theres never enough pumpkin, and i cant put my finger on it but it doesnt taste right from when i order it at different locations. When i asked them to remake it one time they rolled their eyes, and told me there was nothing wrong with it in the 1st place which caught me off guard because i typically have a great experience with the workers. I am infact a basic white girl who requires a pumpkin spice latte but am always disappointed at this location 🙁

They have HORRIBLE customer service. They “couldn’t scan” My phone to get my stars. Therefore I have lost 6 stars because of one’s laziness. Very disappointed!!!! Never again will I go there. They’re rude, they do not greet you, make eye contact, or even tell you, “your drink is ready”. They just leave it on the counter til you pay attention to get it. SMH!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Love this Starbucks! Me and my girl go here every single day the barista’s know us and are drinks by heart. Whenever we walk in they already start getting are drinks prepared and when there’s somebody I don’t really trust making my drinks I have the managers number there and I either call or text her and she’ll come out from the back and make mine and my girlfriends drink. But that doesn’t mean the rest of the barista‘s are not great, like Noemi she’s the best one there along with Trisha The manager! I highly recommend this Starbucks I choose it over anyone any day!!!
