Got an angus burger and onion rings today had a “end onion ring” the ones that are usually all batter but still good. Took a bite from it and it was all white powdered in the middle kinda like Parmesan cheese. I spit it out instantly all over my truck. Not sure what it was but it was gross.

Staff are super helpful. App was acting up. The staff was able to help me in the store. The food was delicious. I’m pretty sure I saw the cook using the same tongs to pick up bacon that he used on the beef, etc. That’s cross-contamination.

Absolute garbage. Our whole entire meal. We used to enjoy Harvey’s a lot, before the new ownership/management took place. Now it’s an unorganized, untrained, unsanitary chaos.
Fast food is supposed to be….fast?? Am I right? And the cost is supposed to be…affordable and worth it? But we waited 40 mins inside the restaurant for our meal which was – an Angus burger combo, a crispy chicken wrap, and two kids meals. The customers who ordered behind us had the same ordeal. All of our burgers were waiting under the heat lamps until the rest of the meal was complete which meant our burgers were sitting there with lettuce and all the toppings for over 15 mins. It was nasty. And definitely not fresh tasting like it should be. AND to top it all off, it was burnt. ♀️ So our whole entire meal (except the kids meals) went into the garbage after we opened it all up at our dinner table at home and took some bites. Oh and it cost $45 yikes.
Get your staff properly trained and organized, get them to wash their hands because I don’t think they should be going outside to deliver food to a customer then coming back into the restaurant and cutting a piece of chicken with her bare hands. Ugggh. Makes me cringe. Also she was also the same woman who took our order at the cash too, so why is she in the back with the headset cutting chicken? Maybe understaffed of course like everywhere else but do better people! Truly disappointed.
We won’t be returning.

We ordered the angus burger fries and onion rings (combo) had NO drinks and although they tasted fine we had to heat them up when we got home only 5 minutes from the restaurant. And we paid full price $32.00.

Went to grab a quick meal. This turned into a 30 minute ordeal. My burgers had been dressed and sitting for 15 minutes as they started handing out fries and onion rings to other orders that came in after mine. Then when they finally completed my order 20 minutes later, they handed me the bag and said have a good night. I clearly watched them pack the bag and knew right away they didn’t put the onion rings in the bag. So of course I mention it and now I am waiting again for them to cook my onion rings, 5 people standing there speaking a completely different language in front of all of the customers and the owner standing there on speaker phone talking in another langauge. Won’t be returning, I heard rumors about this place and new owners taking over and letting go of long time workers to hire there own employees. I guess those remours were true.

Was the only place open on Easter Sunday and it came in handy for my husband and son to have dinner here. Staff was friendly, chicken dinner was great. We had the whole place to ourselves. Kid friendly, they had high chairs 🙂

You step in and find a stunning atmosphere with very decent service. I was greeted with a smile and despite being lunch hours they got my order quickly. The floor and tables everything were tidy. Food was delicious hot and fresh. Nice place to Go and grab a bite. I would recommend this place.
