I go there several times and the cashier always serves me very well. The food is always fresh and there are several tables to sit at, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired. There are several parking spaces but it is always a challenge to find one, as the store is always full.

I ordered a steak salad. After multiple tries on multiple dates, I learned that this location does not use the normal salad base. Instead, they will put the dried up romaine lettuce from the end of the line in the bowl. The steak was fresh off the line but it was somehow old and rubbery. Had to ask the employees three times for a side I already paid for and in return I got my bag and containers covered in sour cream. Every table was dirty and garbage was everywhere. I get they may be short staffed due to poor management, but I will not return here.

Today (January 26th) at about 7PM my boyfriend and I went in, we both asked for bowls, they forgot to put the beans into his bowl (it happens that’s not the problem) and he asked about it and the lady said “I don’t know if they put beans in here” and my boyfriend asked her to check, she wasn’t feeling like it but she did it and they really didn’t put the beans, so he asked to put the beans on the side and she did. When we were paying she had to help the guy in the register, once again she was probably in a bad mood and not feeling it, we had two coupons one for free chips and other for free guac. she was rude about doing it and generally pleasant. we then paid and left. when we got home we realized they never gabe us the side of beans.

rude customer service, shouldn’t happen.
i don’t expect people to be smiling or making conversation. heck i don’t even expect a please and thank you. but i do expect people to do their job and not make sounds or faces of annoyance when asked to do it.

I used to come to this Chipotle once per week at least. I would get takeout and come pick up my order but the take-out specialist girl is so rude it’s caused me go out of my way to go to other Chipotle’s to avoid dealing with her. I was in a rush and just ordered from here today and there’s certain things I can’t get on the side on the app so I have to ask when I come in and as always she gets upset and acts like I’m a nuisance for needing a side of something. I don’t normally do reviews but to have an attitude with a customer because you have to do your job is really unfair, considering how expensive chipotle is.

last visit october 19: place is in shambles.. stock/inventory, staffing or cleaning of stores,quality of food (rice ran out, new batch served but isn’t 100% cooked) and the floors and tables were dirty. no napkins and paper towels were not even suggested! terrible experience -wont be coming back to this branch anymore.

I went in store to order a steak bowl n while eating, I found multiple long and short blonde and black hairs in my food. I had to throw the whole bowl away. I called the store to see what I could do but nobody answered. Don’t waste your money here

I enjoy purposely putting an app order in with a 10 minute buffer since I know it won’t be ready. Im usually the only person waiting by the pickup shelf and staring at my order sitting on the kitchen counter for 10mins. I believe that the workers working online orders get promoted if they dont attempt to make eye contact or assist pateintly waiting customers. Order was 20 minutes late and of course the order is wrong.

I don’t like doing overly negative reviews, but this may be the worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and that is saying something.
Today’s experience marks the last time I will be going to this location.
It started with our online order being estimated to be ready at 1:10 p.m. We did not receive it until 1:30. And it’s a good thing we did mobile order and then chose to eat inside the restaurant because after they handed us the “completed” order and we sat down, they saw us at the table and then handed us the guacamole they forgot. Then they handed us the orange for the kids’ meal they had also forgotten. Then after that we had to ask for our cups, because they forgot those too. The cups they handed us were covered in guacamole on the inside so we had to ask for new cups. That all was pretty frustrating, but that’s not all! We opened up our containers and realized they had forgotten an entire actual quesadilla, packed the sides and closed up the lid without the actual food. They did immediately remake it for us when we asked, (again, thankfully we stayed because if we had left, we would have found out they forgot our main entree) but then they burnt it.

We were in the restaurant for over an hour, I never saw a single person come to the seating area to clean up anything. The ice was empty when we arrived and never refilled. The garbage and tray tables were never touched. And there were at least two or three stacks of used steam pans on the counter the entire time. There was food on the floor in the dining area the whole time that was there when we arrived and still there when we left an hour later.
