Ordered fish tacos and they forgot the limes.. opened my quesadilla and no cheese…… way to ruin a lunch experience.
Ok this is me checking back in after 6 months I am officially done with this place.
I come to this location at least a couple times a week. I always ask if they have limes and they say yes. I order the fish tacos 90% of the time. But every time I order them, I’m either given no limes, 1 lime wedge per 3 tacos, a lemon, and sometimes I’m even given an entire bag of lime wedges because the staff knows I’ve called to complain before and seems to think it’s funny to give me a dozen lime wedges. Today I ordered 3 fish tacos, asked if limes were available, was told yes, and was given an inconsistent amount of wedges per taco ratio yet again. I spoke to the manager Taylor and she wouldn’t even give me her name until I asked her multiple times. The way she treated me was shocking. I’ve never experienced someone in a leadership position act so brusque, rude and unprofessional as she did. She scoffed at me, kept interrupting me, and I heard her laughing in the background to her staff. This is not how a manager should treat their customers and I’m so disgusted by her behavior that I won’t be returning to this location. She needs to be retrained or demoted or something because she treated me terribly when all I did was express that the inconsistency is becoming a real issue. I can only imagine how she treats other customers that have valid concerns and issues with their experience and food. Awful management and that store has lost a consistent customer.

Went here for taco tuesday and specifically asked for the tacos to be made decent. Not sure if its a sales tactic to get customers to upgrade to the del taco or because its taco deal day or the employees just don’t care but my tacos were made skimpy as heck and hella greasy. This place should be embarrassed. The workers must not care if they lose the franchise money cus they still get paid a check. The manager needs to step it up. Thanks for the horrible experience.

… But was the Mr pip tasted like if it didn’t have any syrup in it and the fries were horrible, it looks like they’ve been sitting there for quite some time. Also my food was cold. Unfortunately never coming back here again!

Went through the drive through today and usually when I go it isn’t too bad but the lady Jeanetta who handed me my order was incredibly rude. I try to give grace to those who work in fast food because I understand however when I got to the window she didn’t speak to me at all when I said thank you she slammed the window shut. She looked visually annoyed and as a customer it makes me not want to go back as it is not a friendly environment.

I came in the drive thru I ask for well done fries my fries was shaggy and cold. I order a 3 layer nachos and my chips were old and saggy and was NOT HARD AT ALL. I also order 2 del tacos and the hard shell was shaggy as well. Ive never had any problems with del taco until today, i ordered 4 egg cheese and bacon burritos. I was charged $3.29 each and what i got looks like the dollar menu. Im extremely disappointed, so i go back to get a refund and my host tells me she cant refund my money because the manager isn’t there. I will never eat here again. You can clearly see a huge tortilla with hardly anything inside.
