Arrived close to 5:30 pm Friday. There was slushy snow on sidewalk that caused me to fall, it was removed when I left. Inside greeted by friendly hostess and server of 1 section. Drink order placed upon seating (water and pop). Husband ordered a speciality burger and fries for under $20, which he said was good. I ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich, medium rare, with fries and salad $19. Let me tell you, this Sandwich was delicious! It
was a 1/4″ slab of Prime Rib cooked perfectly. Soft, easy to eat on a toasted bun. A sandwich just like I ate as a child at a steakhouse. The total bill came to $41. This is a place we will go back to! 4 stars because of falling on slushy sidewalk that was scooped open after I was observed falling. There was no communication with staff regarding the fall.

I stopped in late for dinner and it was quiet, but the service and food was still great. I didn’t have to wait much at all for the food after I ordered. Very nice bartender and great decor.

Ordered takeout. The prime rib was well done when ordered medium rare. It lacked flavor . The steak was very bad and had a sour taste. We didn’t even attempt to eat it. Crab cakes were good. I don’t recommend takeout from here since you don’t get the chance to inspect your meals until you get home.

Our first time to dine here on Valentine’s Day itself. The food is great! Atmosphere is very homy and customer service is excellent. I’d like to commend this amazing staff, Jolie. She is superb and very engaging. You’re lucky to have her in your store. Keep it up Jolie! Great job!

Normally go as a couple…normally great. This time we went as a group of 7 people… server only came ONE time to check on us and she automatically got a $50 tip…. this is not right. Since the automatic tip charge…the waitress got to work less. Won’t go back.

I had the ribeye & sweet potato fries. The steak was under-seasoned, bland and barely seared. I like a good char on the outside & prefer flavor. The sweet potato fries were fantastic with the marshmallow dipping sauce. I also had brown rounds, they needed seasoning as well. If I return, I would order something else.

Atmosphere is okay but my chair was very wobbly and loose and old kind of uncomfortable at the bar. The bartender kind of argued with me about the food which was weird because I wasn’t complaining… Nothing to write home about.

Was served burned food, small portions, and service was lacking. There were only two tables, including us, that were present during this. No excuse for being busy and understaffed. I’d be embarrassed to serve this to people.
The only thing that was good was that it came out fast (probably because there were only two tables). We would have gladly waited longer for it to be remade instead of being passed along like this. COVID has been hard on restaurants, we get that, but there is no excuse for laziness.
