I give them full stars. We lived here just down the road when it was chicken and burgers. It was good then and it is good now twenty-five years later. They added the Taqueria now and it’s also good food. The best is the chicken and their tenders are to die for good. We usually get take out as we are home bodies. My husband and grown children love the fish. I’m not a seafood person but they are!! I recommend!

Went there yesterday (ordered drive through) and everything was bad: chicken and catfish were hard and dry, potato salad and coleslaw were spoiled with a sour taste, green beans too mushy, salisbury steak didn’t taste right, probably spoiled too. Pops in Chandler has always been very good but this one, must have had their food out in the open too long. Very disappointed in this pops for serving spoiled food to their drive thru customers. Would have returned it if I wasn’t 30 miles away.

Very disappointed in my trip here today. Chicken breast’s were extremely dry and had no flavor. There was a lot of chicken sitting under the hot lamp. Mine must have been there quite a while. So dry. Okra was no longer crispy. Pea salad tasty but barely cold. I wonder if they would make the chicken and okra fresh while I waited? It would have been a LOT better for eating. Funny, but I thought going so close to lunchtime, food would be fresher. I would rather wait for it to be cooked fresh. Not a good experience today.

So disappointed, we have had chicken several times and it was great. This time chicken pieces were small and mostly back pieces and breading. What happened to the nice size pieces we used to get. We won’t be back and we don’t recommend it any more.

#e were very hungry & we wanted to try something new so this was it. I orderedth e mexican casserole with mashed and sweet potatoes. My coworker ordered the something tacos, they were 4 for 14.99. It took a good oh idk but I am gonna say 20 minutes for our ready to be sent out, we didn’t get silverware, napkins, and my employee didn’t get the sauce for her tacos. But the food was delicious!! They just need to improve on the behind the counter service and this place. would be unstoppable!! (The mashed potatoes are real!!!1

Are here a couple of years ago and it was a buffet,now you pay more for less and the chicken was fairly good,but way over cooked.

The chicken was good. Sides acceptable. The place could use a face-lift. If it was clean it doesn’t look clean. The burgers are not good not sure what those patties are made of.

This place is such a joke I’ve been a loyal repete customer for the last 20 years and I have a serious allergy to several vegetables and specifically told them meat and cheese only well when I get my order it was all the way I recently moved a bit further away and work a lot so I am only in the area now and then when I called and explained the situation to whomever I spoke with on the phone they told me that they could replace the order right then but wheni told her I’m not in the area anymore she said whenever I was come through and pick up I replacement order given that I had given them ample notice to prepare it for me she took down my name so here we are almost 3 weeks later I come through town and I call them and ask them if I could pick up a replacement order for the order that they had messed up that I could not eat that was thrown in the trash and the guy that answers the phone tells me they have a two week limit on when you can pick up your replacement order now awfully funny he asked me how long ago it was and I tell him 3 weeks and suddenly it’s a two week window to pick up a replacement order I have never in my life been so angry at someone blatantly lying to my face this business apparently does not value 20 year customers and they will never get another dime of my money and I suggest that anybody going through dogwood City not give them any of theirs either if you don’t stand for something you’ll fall for anything apparently this business nor its employees stand for anything over 20 years I’ve gone there religiously every time I come through town I’m really just shocked at the way I was treated on the phone

The food is always good and fresh. The service is great, the restaurant is clean and the prices are always good. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. I definitely recommend Pop’s for lunch or supper
