Went at noon, they were very busy but were very efficient and productive. My hamburger was very good with that flame broil flavor. The place was very clean and modern. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience here.

I kept asking for the same thing over and over again, mayo and not other sauce on my combo so I don’t understand what the issue was. More then 4 times my food had to be re-made and yet the cook in the back was already frustrated because apparently he doesn’t understand what “mayo only” no other sauce is. He started to yell at me and kept calling me names throwing little tantrums, and the shift manager just kept passing by doing nothing when he finally decided to stop walking around Ignoring the issue. I had to re-explain myself all over again, and basically he took his side, the young lady, that was nice enough to help me throughout this whole ordeal. It was her first day. It wasn’t fair for her to have endured this situation while the shift leader was just ignoring everything Thank goodness the store manager was there at the time so I was able to speak with her. she took care of the situation, but yet when I was getting my money back as she was doing the transaction in order for me to get it, the cook kept on complaining and yelling at me in the back. This is extremely unprofessional ridiculous. Why do they have people that don’t wanna work there or don’t know how to do their job properly they shouldn’t be there. The excuse was is that he’s young if he’s young and I guess that gave him an excuse to name call me and yell at me etc. I am not coming back to this restaurant. I will be escalating this further and I need to talk to somebody from corporate because they did say that they were gonna give me a call and they never did so hopefully I do get one because because what this person didn’t realize is that I have everything on video so before I post it online and make it public someone needs to contact me. Dirty and slow, don’t even think about asking them how much longer because the lady will yell at you saying there’s only 2 people. Go ahead and wait 45 min for a double cheeseburger plain and dry with a fountain drink.
Play area is GUNKY AND MILDEWY.
Does this pace have Ike corporate visits? If so let me us know how that review goes. Maybe then there will be pre than 2 employees and some cleaning action.

Who’s the manager here? Respectfully , this place needs to be cleaned came in with my son and husband I had to ask for paper towels sanitize them and clean the chairs and table for us ! All the tables are filthy ketchup stains stick looks like for days floor is all sticky you can hear the noise sticking to your shoes it’s really disgusting

The food was hot and the bacon cheeseburger was really good and the fries were fresh and not too salty. Their ketchup has no high fructose corn syrup like other fast food places. My new fav fast food place is BK

The playground was very cold. Kids can get sick at that temperature. I asked the manager to please set it right. And he chuckled and showed me the temp was above the door. In other words, it was too HIGH for him to reach. I am sure there is an object they use to reach it. Like a stick. But he just blew me off and walked away with a smirk. This place is not kid friendly.
Good thing we still had his jacket and hat in the car from WINTER TIME.

This is by far the best Burger King I’ve gone to. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The play area is super clean and hug.
