Hello, I hope you are well. On the night of June 27, 2026, at around 1:00 a.m., I placed a food order for pita toast and soft tacos. Unfortunately, the food was not prepared correctly. Instead of paying attention to the order, it seemed that the staff were joking and laughing among themselves.
I believe that employees who prepare food should be attentive and responsible. They are not working for free; they receive payment for their work, just as customers pay for the service and food they receive. Therefore, proper attention and care should be given to every order.
I tried very hard not to write a complaint, but I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention. I kindly suggest that you remind your staff, especially the male employees working at that time, to focus more on their duties so that you do not lose your customers.

Got off work pulled up at 1:40 they close at 2:00. They not only ignored us for 10 mins the dude ran out the back to get something out of his white sedan and told us to pull forward which we did AFTER asking if they were open. Not only were we ignored as they walked by they were still open it’s not 2:00 yet. So we sat there for 20 mins being completely ignored. Will be taking this to corporate.

Drive through was a great experience with tempting tasty Tacos. I loved it and was thinking that I should have got more .
Very fast delivery here and probably because not much crowd was here like East Bay.

OK. It’s Taco Bell. It’s not gonna be five-star no matter what. But, the place is always clean, and the staff are always friendly. You can often get your drink cups ahead of your order being ready when you dine in, so you can have your drink while you’re waiting. And I’ll note that portion sizes seem to be more generous at this location than at some others.
This is a busier location than many, so expect a longer wait if you choose drive-thru service. I observe that lots of customers elect to park, and come inside to place their take-out orders. Make of that what you will.

I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant, so this review is actually about the Naked Chicken Taco. It came in a cardboard holder which was ideal since deep fried breaded chicken makes your fingers very greasy. Though the chicken shell was so big and wide at the base it easily could stand upright on its own. It was filled with all the typical veggie taco fillings and cheese. The veggies helped lighten the richness of the chicken shell. The batter on the shell was thin and perfectly crispy. It was also delightfully spicy. It was a fun, one-time indulgence, but it is not something I would eat repeatedly which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. Another great Taco Bell LTO!

I have been going here for yrs. I was just there yesterday and used the drive through as usual. I ordered and said thats all. Was asked if that was all. Yes I had already said that. I was shocked to see the prices had gone up so much from last month. Its also annoying to be asked if I want to round up. My order was 9.54 so no. Asked for the packets of hot sauce and got home to mild packs. Also the lady at window gave me a coupon for free taco since I waited so long for the taco and burrito. I looked at it when i got home and the coupon expired in December 2024.

1. There food gets worse everytime I go there. It doesn’t taste like it used to,
2. Good luck going through the drive through and getting everything you ordered. They always screw it up.

They lied to us and said they were closed at 11:40 when they said they were open till 2am. They were extremely rude and the service was horrible.
