Local rip-off with zero accountability. Counter sign boldly claims ‘3% charge on non-cash transactions, which is not greater than our cost’—so I paid expecting that. Receipt? 3.5% ‘Service Charge (3.50x)’—50 cents extra slipped in. Pointed it out politely; staff shrugged, ‘Owner’s issue, just a few cents,’ then sneered, ‘Go write your Yelp review, we don’t care.’

I order and burger and honestly it was the most expensive burger I ever had in my life . I ask for the burger to be well done to go when bit it I was pink still took it back and ask for it to be well done again and waiting 15 more minutes to have it pink again just came with fries this time smh

I came here after recommendations and it was above my expectations. Not only were the employees lovely, friendly, and courteous, but the food was phenomenal. It was hot and fresh, not greasy, so delicious. I got the special, fried fish tacos with tortilla chips and ate every bite. Had some of my mom’s sweet potato fries and honey mustard and everything was perfect. Service was fast and everything looked great too. the place was very calm, clean, and had great energy. Prices aren’t low but I wouldn’t say high either, fair, especially for the area. I will be back and definitely recommend.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a while and usually try to be understanding when small mistakes happen. Unfortunately, this most recent experience has gone far beyond a minor issue.
I was charged for someone else’s order and then charged again for my own. It’s now weeks later and I still have not received a refund. I’ve gone in person to follow up and left my phone number, but I’m continually told that the person responsible for refunds will call me back. So far, that hasn’t happened.
Before the billing issue, there were already problems with this order. My order was taken over the phone and made incorrectly, which I understand can happen, but it resulted in an additional 15 minute wait while I was on a time crunch. Even though they had my phone number, no one contacted me when they realized there was a mistake the first time. I had to drive back to the restaurant to find out what happened, and that’s when the double charge occurred. They knew it was a problem too, because when I walked in they immediately had me move to the front of the line to explain what had happened. They assured me the refund was in place and I believed them. I even waited a week before going in just in case their system was the reason why it was slow going.
I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times in the past, both in person and over the phone, and there is almost always some minor issue. Normally I would move past that. However, the ongoing lack of follow through on a refund has made this experience unacceptable. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from here again. The workers are kind but it’s too much of a hassle for me.

Really good chicken sandwiches and fries, but a bit expensive. I have been a customer on and off for about 15 years and have always enjoyed their food. I order from here a few times per year when I am in the area and have never had a bad meal from them. They are always good.

My go to lunch place. Their burgers are great, but I think the awesome secret surprise is that their fish, shrimp, and chicken dishes are also awesome. Surprisingly great place to grab a healthy meal.

Been here a handful of times because I work across the street a few times a month. Someone recommended this place and I’m so glad they did. I always get pork over rice and some extras like cheese and Chipotle mayo and I’m never disappointed
