EDIT:We went back and the food was delicious! Service was good although we got sat in a back area where the employees were hanging out and talking. Also we didn’t get our candy cane rim as advertised on the drink we ordered but other than that good experience.

Greeted and seated very quickly. Welcoming and spacious atmosphere bar on one side restaurants seating indoors and outdoors including fire place e center tables. Juliana is very attentive and curtious. Recommend her tables. Recommend trying this spot.

Conveniently located at clackamas mall, this Mexican restaurant is bomb! Definitely a step above of your average Mexican restaurant. I got a plate with shrimp kabobs, a crab enchilada, roasted veggies, plantains and rice. Caught me by surprise that it was white rice with peas and carrots, I didn’t care for it. The Mr got enchiladas, he was impressed with the black beans! We had fresh guacamole made at our table. Plates range from about 20-30. There is a nice happy hour though! Atmosphere is great, there’s a covered “outdoor” area, nice big bar and restaurant area. I’ll be back!

Everything is super authentic and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality and care they put into every dish. Their brunch is amazing, and the tableside salsa is such a fun and delicious touch. They truly serve all the best Mexican food.

I’VE been to 2 other brunch buffet, but Mezcaluna beats those other places. The service my table got was all I could ask for. Jorge was outstanding and very happy to help with a friendly smile. I also had a short conversation but very pleasant with Carlos the restaurant manager, I tried the chile relleno the al pastor tacos, agua chiles with plenty of delicious guacamole, Chile relleno, rib and a little bit of homemade menudo. I told him the food was very delicious.and I also suggested the Mexican hot chocolate and champurrado at least just for the winter. He said he welcomes suggestions so I hope they give this delicious place that even more Mexican touch. The mimosas and Margaritas were very good and cucumber pineapple agua fresca was just perfect. I did not taste any high fructose at all. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I’ll be coming again soon

Great atmosphere, excellent service and very flavorful food, but my favorite experience is their guacamole made fresh at your table(one reason for my repeat visits ). The server asks which ingredients and level of heat you prefer for your guacamole and then the fresh avocados become delicious guacamole . Unfortunately my photos capture an empty mortar since we demolished our delicious guacamole before pictures were taken.

The food was excellent and full of flavor! They also have a really good tequila selection, and the bar seating was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive throughout. Lots of TVs at the bar too, which makes it a great spot to catch a game. Parking around the mall can be a little challenging, but overall the experience was worth it. Also, it’s definitely worth upgrading your fajita with the additional meat for just $4 — great value and delicious!

Nice decor. Food was just ok. Nothing special. I’ve had better from my local neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Service was slow and not very attentive. Had to ask for water refills. Pork belly bites appetizer was the best thing we ordered. I ordered the tour de enchiladas. Three different enchiladas on one plate. It was just OK. Not bad, but not great.

The vibe speaks for itself, we went on a Friday night at 7 and it was busy but we were seated immediately, fun music playing – I was worried because it was really loud outside but reasonable levels inside. Couldn’t hear the booth next to us but we didn’t have to shout at each other.

Mexican egg rolls appetizer – HUGE portion Carne Asada plate – cooked excellently
Combination Chicken Tamale, and Picadillo Chimichanga, both very good.
Watermelon Margarita, Paloma (my favorite), Tulum, and Moradita. Fantastic all around. I don’t review places often but I wanted to make sure to review because our waitress Marlene was great. Again, attentive but not pushy – let us just chill together in date night.

Stopped in for an early dinner and was greeted and almost immediate seated by the host. The server was out right away with menus to get our drink order and to see if we wanted chips and salsa. Drinks came out very quickly. The booth we were seated in was very comfy and the surrounding decor was very nice. The chips were hot and fresh. It was a bit too hot in the back area where we were after many other groups began sitting in the area. The food came out crazy fast. Was not the best Quesabirria I’ve had but not bad flavors. My tortillas happened to all be soggy on the bottom. Very fast service and friendly servers.
