Unfortunately this is not a good review.
This is not a customer service oriented business and I really didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive burned replacement pizza for my child.
If you put wax paper on hot cheese pizza and then a paper plate with another hot slice on top, the bottom piece will lose the cheese as its stuck to the wax paper. Paying $7 for 1 slice of pizza means that I’d like it to have the cheese in tact when we get to the table. No big deal I thought, surely they will happily replace this mistake.
Instead the employee was annoyed and proceeded to over cook a new piece to replace his mistake with. Obviously burned. I am sorry I didn’t take a photo. These slices were for my son, so I was not about to risk further mishandling of his food and I expressed my disappointment to the manager and left with the charred replacement.
In addition, the establishment had no napkins or utensils stocked.
They advertised $13.99 for 2 slices and a drink, but charged me $3 for a lemonade upgrade without explanation of it being an upgrade. Individually these are no big deal but collectively left me feeling very sorry we chose this place for dinner.
I’m happy to pay good money for good food and good service but this place unfortunately has been extremely disappointing for a few years now and I’m officially done after this incident.

Wanted to get some food from there today, but it seems like it has been shut down. Why hasn’t that information been updated on here yet? Very misleading. I’m really disappointed. Haven’t been to a Sbarros since they closed down the one at The Galleria mall. Was so happy to see that it was still listed as open on the Coral Square Mall website and on Google Maps, only to find out that everything from that place had been wiped clean at the food court. Can’t remember the last time I had Sbarros at the Coral Square Mall…maybe in the 2000s.

Even though Sbarro offers delicious food, however, it doesn’t offer proficient customer service. Recently today, I went to my nearest Sbarro to purchase a meal which consists of two pizza slices a drink. I wasn’t aware of how expensive the meal was since the line was a bit busy and fast paced. Once I was informed on the amount of money that I was required to pay, I kindly asked the employee, who was working at the cash register, if she could remove the one pizza slice and the drink. When I kindly conducted that request, she showed me nothing but attitude. It is just sad on how Sbarro makes wonderful food, however, doesn’t get their customer service right. I’m not going to point out the name of the cashier (mainly because I have respect, however, she doesn’t) but they just need to do better with their customer service because if not, what’s the point of going there anyways? Do better!!!!

Don’t think about this pizza. It’s not what it used to be. Frozen pizza is better. You can tell the crust has been pre-prepared and the ingredients just thrown on top and cooked. The worst.

Had a cheese pizza delivered with extra cheese, the pizza was cold and stale. Like it had been made the day before and sat out. Quality was terrible. Used to be great pizzas but this is twice now this has happened.

I haven’t eaten at Sbarro in a while so decided to grab a slice. Worst pizza I’ve eaten. The crust was so stale, toppings extremely salty, and the entire slice was cold even though I think he put it in the oven for a minute or so. They had no trays, no Parmesan, or dried chilies , etc. also, the soda was completely flat. $10 for one slice and a medium soda.

The food is healthy and the pizzas are good. But every time i go there with a friend, the cashier ask to put the plates together to weight. Happens that i don’t always want to pay for other people’s meal but if i say i want it separate i don’t look good, right? Why doesn’t the cashier shut up and if i want to pay for both i ask right?

While the food was okay, the service was not at all. The manager was they opposite of welcoming, in fact he was very rude when I was simply trying to find out more about the food. You were not busy, there were no other guests, what’s the problem? No amount of baked ziti is worth that kind of treatment. Will not be coming back, anywhere else in the mall but here.

This location has some rude management/owners. We bought 2 large pizzas in which we added 3+ toppings to and the owner exclaimed that he didn’t like us ordering it and asked why we chose pepperoni and Italian sausages on our pizza. I didn’t realize that such a business would expect further business from questioning why a customer would want to buy their product.
Never eating at this location again.
